Candid snaps of Hunter Biden’s high-powered Hollywood attorney allegedly captured the first son’s “sugar brother” partaking in some questionable behavior while his client visited.
Optics for President Joe Biden’s family have not been good of late, especially when it comes to being around drugs. With the discovery of cocaine at the White House dragging out word of other substances found there last year, Kevin Morris’ apparent smoking on his own balcony raised more than a few eyebrows.
Images published exclusively by the Daily Mail were said to show the attorney, known for having reportedly paid more than $2 million toward Hunter’s delinquent tax payments and seemingly covering travel to his child support hearings, smoking from a bong on the balcony of his California home while his client was said to be visiting.
“The First Son took a trip from his Malibu pad to the Pacific Palisades on Thursday to visit his attorney, after agreeing to plead guilty to federal tax crimes last month,” the Mail reported. “While Hunter was at the house, Morris was snapped on a balcony in plain view of the public street appearing to huff from a white bong…”
Morris did not respond to requests for comment from the outlet which noted that, while it was unknown what substance may have been in the bong, recreational marijuana use is legal in the state of California.
It didn’t take long for the images, which showed Hunter outside the building independent of Morris, to begin circulating on social media with added commentary on the implications therein.
“Hunter Biden’s lawyer goes outside to his LA balcony to smoke his bong while Hunter is visiting him. Imagine what they’re doing inside the home? What a classy group!” one person suggested, while conservative commentator Charlie Kirk said, “Here’s Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Kevin Morris, pictured smoking a bong on the balcony of his Los Angeles home…WHILE HUNTER BIDEN WAS IN THE HOUSE…You are the company you keep, and Hunter enjoys the company of prostitutes, corrupt foreign oligarchs, and bong sucking lawyers.”

To be fair, if I was Hunter Biden’s lawyer, I’d be ripping a bong too.

The images were said to have been captured Thursday, the same day that Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley released the FD-1023 form that held testimony from a source alleging Hunter and the then-vice-president had received money from the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
As had been reported by Fox News, “That FD-1023–a confidential human source (CHS) reporting document–reflects the FBI’s interview with a ‘highly credible’ confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top executive of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings over the course of several years starting in 2015. Hunter Biden, at the time, sat on the board of Burisma.”

Biden’s attorneys appeared well aware of concerns over optics surrounding the president’s son as one of his other lawyers, Abbe David Lowell, had sent a letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics Friday. After Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R) had featured images of their client engaged in sexual acts with alleged prostitutes, taken from his infamous laptop, during a congressional hearing, he protested.
“This week, your colleague has lowered herself, and by extension the entire House of Representatives, to a new level of abhorrent behavior that blatantly violates House Ethics rules and standards of official conduct,” Lowell wrote. “If the OCE takes its responsibility seriously, it will promptly and decisively condemn and discipline Ms. Greene for her latest actions.”
