House Republicans are inching closer to a formal impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden and have publicly released what appears to be more damning evidence of his family’s alleged influence-peddling.
On Monday, House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) unveiled bank records showing that Hunter Biden’s company Owasco PC made payments to his father from the entity’s account in 2018, seeming to be proof of “The Big Guy” getting his cut from schemes involving foreign interests.
The company is one used by the president’s former crackhead son to receive money from foreign business deals with “Chinese-state linked companies and other foreign nationals and companies,” according to the Oversight Committee.
“President Joe Biden claimed there was an ‘absolute wall’ between his official government duties and his family’s influence-peddling schemes. This was a lie,” Comer said in a short video statement posted to X, previously known as Twitter.

“President Joe Biden claimed his family didn’t receive money from China. This was a lie,” the Oversight boss added. “President Joe Biden claimed he never spoke to his son, Hunter Biden, about the Biden family’s shady business dealings. This was a lie.”
The committee released an ACH authorization showing a transfer of $1,380 to the elder Biden on Sept. 17, 2018 with the payments to be made “monthly” according to the document shared by Rep. Comer on X.

An email from Hunter Biden’s infamous “laptop from Hell” shows a $1,380 amount listed as a reimbursement to “JRB” for a Ford Raptor pickup truck.
“Payments to Joe Biden from Hunter’s Owasco PC corporate account are part of a pattern revealing Joe Biden knew about, participated in, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes. As the Bidens received millions from foreign nationals and companies in China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, and Kazakhstan, Joe Biden dined with his family’s foreign associates, spoke to them by speakerphone, had coffee, attended meetings, and ultimately received payments that were funded by his family’s business dealings,” the Oversight Committee said in a statement.
“Chairman Comer today released a video outlining the direct payments Joe Biden received from Hunter’s Owasco PC bank account and stated the House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money to ensure accountability for President Biden’s involvement in his family’s corrupt domestic and international business schemes,” the statement reads.
“The House Oversight Committee continues to investigate Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s domestic and international business schemes at a rapid pace,” Comer said in the video. “We will continue to uncover the facts and provide transparency about the findings of our investigation.”
“President Biden and his family must be held accountable for this blatant corruption,” he added. “The American people expect no less.”
