Concerns over political violence had one Florida congresswoman contacting law enforcement over her Democratic opponent’s supporters’ alleged doxing threat: “I know where she lives…”
From California Rep. Maxine Waters’ calls to “get more confrontational” to Senate Leader Chuck Schumer’s (NY) Supreme Court threats to “pay the price” after having “released the whirlwind,” members of the Democratic Party have repeatedly projected their own fearmongering rhetoric on Republicans.
Now, amid pearl-clutching over threats to democracy leading up to the 2024 election, Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R) appeared to be the latest victim of Alinskyite leftists for whom the ends justify the means.
“When you label people a threat to democracy and attempt to dehumanize/lie about them, violence occurs,” she began a lengthy post on X Saturday that alleged a supporter of her opponent, Whitney Fox, had publicly doxed her and prompted threatening behavior toward the lawmaker.
“If she is ‘hiding’, I know where she lives if anyone is interested in sending her a love letter or……something,” a screenshot included with post read. “She dwells riiiiiight around the corner.”

“I am a new mom. I have a baby. I am a veteran. I am the first woman to be elected to hold FL-13 in Congress and the first Mexican American elected to Congress from Florida,” explained the congresswoman. “According to the left, I check all the right boxes, except for one– I am a Republican.”
Luna went on to state, “In an attempt to gain any form of attention, my ‘opponent,’ tried to label me as a threat to democracy. She then allowed her supporters on her campaign social media to publicly dox, coordinate, and solicit individuals to send threatening packages to my home address.”
“The comment below is just one of many. Last night, the police department as well as the FBI were notified. There is no open investigation with LEO. This info is all FOIAble,” she added.
While contending her district was never a viable get for the left, the conservative lawmaker asserted, “I am um, unfortunately, one of the top targeted members of Congress for violence. I have had threats made, things sent to my office, etc. Violence in politics is never acceptable and should never be condoned. Female members also happen to be the most targeted for violence and harassment.”
In addition to the threat shared, Luna noted, “I have also received some pretty anti-Semitic and sexually harassing text messages from a leftist Democrat organization that was supporting my opponent…”
Fox wasn’t alone in facing such accusations as the Washington Examiner reported that someone claiming to work in the office of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) had reached out to the representative offering help to “beat Fox.” When she declined, Luna said that she received “antisemitic and sexually harassing” text messages and that she was accused of being “fake Jewish.”
The congresswoman’s campaign alleged the culprit was someone associated with an anti-GOP group seeking information that might help swing the race in Fox’s favor. Those messages had also been reported to the FBI. The Examiner noted it had not received a response to a request for comment from Fox’s campaign at the time of their report.
Saturday’s example of alleged political violence prompted supporters of the congresswoman to blast the left.
I’ve never seen so much hate from an “inclusive” group of people. Fact is, they’re only inclusive if you follow their twisted ideologies.

This is unconscionable behavior. Unfortunately, we see threats of violence rising. We must understand that we must abide by laws. We should support people who support freedom of speech and maintain us in a safe place for families to thrive! ❤️ over hate!

Thank you for representing us in FL13. I’m sorry you have to go through this, it’s abhorrent. The left is the party of tyrants. Keep fighting for us. May God keep you and your family safe.
