Democrats clearly believe they can manipulate the Supreme Court to their liking, as seen with their relentless campaign to malign and otherwise undermine conservative justices on the high court.
When the court rules in a manner that advances the party’s radical left agenda, they praise it. When the opposite occurs, like this week when the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that presidents have “absolute immunity” for official acts — a decision seen as favorable for former President Donald Trump — there are calls to impeach justices, as seen by self-avowed socialist bartender U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
But that doesn’t mean Democrats have given up on their pipe dream of expanding the court while they control the White House and the Senate.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) took to social media this week to declare: “Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stole two seats on the Supreme Court, and we’re living with the consequences. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: it’s time to expand the Court.”
Warren’s post prompted a stinging remark from talk radio host Jesse Kelly, who capitalized on the Democratic senator’s “Pocahontas” nickname earned by falsely claiming Native American heritage.
“He didn’t steal them. He won the race and got those two seats fair and square. Now you want them back. Don’t be an Indian giver,” Kelly fired back.

The claim that the seats filled by former President Donald Trump were “stolen” is from the same school of thought that calling someone a Nazi justifies punching them in the face.
The real threat in America may be the left going after the one institution in this country that is still functioning in much the same manner that it was intended to — like the results or not. The great irony here is that Democrats declare themselves the stewards of democracy, all the while as they endeavor to undermine democracy.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on the social media platform X:
Isn’t the left the party of “democracy”…

After Trump wins, we can expand the court. Sound fair?
