Fox News host Laura Ingraham burst into laughter and just couldn’t stop after seeing a six-person crowd drawn by GOP presidential candidate and former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, comparing the minute gathering to an AA meeting.

“If you’re going to run for president, I wish you were able to draw more than six people to your events,” Fox News contributor Raymond Arroyo quipped on Friday’s edition of “The Ingraham Angle.”
“Now, this is Mr. Hutchinson in Iowa on Tuesday, Laura, OK? Now, lest you think we’re being selective or cruel here, this is the crowd Hutchinson drew in Greenville, South Carolina last week. It’s like waiting for a doctor’s office that’s closed,” he continued.
Arroyo was showing another gathering for Hutchinson that was attended by an even smaller group of people That’s when Ingrahm busted out laughing and had extreme difficulty stopping over Hutchinson’s presidential aspirations.
“Raymond when I looked at it quickly, I’m like, is this an old episode of the group therapy on the Bob Newhart Show?” she said referring to the hilarious sitcom.
I asked Asa Hutchinson what he would say to detransitioners who live with lifetime damage done to their bodies.

“Maybe it’s an intervention,” Arroyo kidded. “The voters are saying, ‘Maybe you shouldn’t do this.’”
“Oh God!,” she laughed. “This looks like a – God bless them – an AA meeting or something. It’s like, ‘I’m John and I’m a Hutchinson supporter. Help me.’”
Hutchinson basically set himself on fire at Glenn Beck’s 2023 Family Leadership Summit on Friday, making it painfully obvious why he is polling at about 1% for the GOP nomination.
Following Tucker Carlson’s interview of the 2024 long-shot, Beck tweeted, “Asa Hutchinson’s interview with Tucker reminded me of one thing, the Hindenburg burning down in 29 seconds.”

Carlson nailed him on the transgender issue, “You have repeatedly described delaying a child’s natural progression as treatment. You believe, I suppose, that people can change their sex. Because if you don’t believe that, you wouldn’t call it treatment. Would you?”
“God has created two genders and that is what I have stated. And whenever you look at the decisions on that, no… I don’t, I don’t support that. I wouldn’t make that decision in my family about changing genders and I don’t believe that taxpayers’ funds should be used for transgender surgery or treatment through Medicaid or Medicare or in our military. I don’t believe that should happen because traditionally whether it is the Hyde amendment that you prohibit funding of abortion with taxpayers’ dollars because it violates the religious commitment of many people, the same principle should apply here,” Hutchinson responded.

Carlson continued to grill the former Arkansas governor about whether his stance had changed from when he vetoed a ban on gender-affirming care for transgender youth in 2021.
Hutchinson defended his position, claiming that while he agreed minors should not have transgender surgery, he felt the bill went too far.
“It was unconstitutional. It interfered with parents and so I sided with parents on that bill in managing the most sensitive issue that a parent can face. And I believe in a limited role of government,” Hutchinson asserted.
Then he got hit over the issue of vaccines by Carlson who asked him how many COVID shots he had taken.

“How many COVID shots did you take?” Hutchinson clapped back without answering.
“Zero” Carlson replied to applause.
Carlson repeatedly questioned him on whether he’d send troops to the border with Hutchinson saying that he’d prefer to use the National Guard and other alternatives to the military.

For the remaining 15 minutes, he received very little applause from the crowd due to a number of stances considered to be non-conservative. While speaking to reporters after his interview with Carlson, Hutchinson delusionally said he believed he won over Iowa voters, according to NBC News.
“I think the audience was engaged with the conversation and with a differing point of view,” Hutchinson claimed, adding, “I think I won votes today.”
