Jill Biden talks schools: ‘All books should be in the library. All books…We don’t ban books.’

First lady Jill Biden removed any doubt about where she stands when it comes to critical gender theory in the classroom, insisting that no books should be banned in schools.

Sitting down for an interview Tuesday on “Today,” Biden was asked about meddling parents by NBC host Sheinelle Jones.

“Parents and politicians are now weighing in on what books should be in our school libraries and what their kids are being taught,” Jones said, in setting up her question. “Where’s the line in your opinion with how much of a say parents should have when it comes to what their kids are learning in school?”

“Well, I think with the pandemic, parents saw how hard teachers work and how difficult this job really is,” the first lady responded. “And I think if they work together in their school districts and decide what they want with their curriculum.”

“Is there a balance between this book should be in the library, this book is under review –” Jones began.

Biden interrupted to say, “All books should be in the library. All books. This is America. We don’t ban books.”

Parents around the country have been shocked to learn of the graphic sexual content in books allowed in many school libraries. Books that largely focus on the LGBTQ community that graphically depict rape, gay incest, and describe oral and anal sex as detailed as any porn magazine.

There have been reports of school districts shutting down the microphones when parents attempt to read the smut at meetings — the great irony being that school officials will not allow parents to read out loud what students are allowed to read because the content is “obscene.”

But Jill Biden said it’s all good in her eyes: “All books should be in the library — All books. This is America. We don’t ban books.”
