First Lady Jill Biden unveiled a bizarre Nutcracker-themed video showing a diverse collection of dancers strutting their stuff in the festively decorated White House, a display that had more in common with a pagan ritual than a traditional American Christmas.
Capping off a day when House Republicans formally launched an impeachment inquiry of her husband, President Joe Biden, the FLOTUS used her official account on X, previously known as Twitter, to share the strangely dressed dancers frolicking about with this year’s White House holiday theme being “Magic, Wonder and Joy.”
“A bit of magic, wonder, and joy brought to you by the talented tappers of Dorrance Dance, performing their playful interpretation of The Nutcracker Suite,” wrote Mrs. Biden. “Enjoy!”

Dorrance Dance is a New York-based tap-dancing company that on its website states: “At its core, tap dance is a subversive form. Rooted in protest and transcendence, improvisation and innovation were paramount to its survival and are innately embedded in its very foundation. We strive to honor this legacy.”
The reviews rolled in from X users and they were about as savage as could be expected given the perverse nature of the First Lady’s video.
