Lara Trump joined Fox and Friends Weekend on Saturday, where she got the pleasure of shoving a pie in a familiar face.
The crew was having a ball during the network’s state fair segment, as they enjoyed various games and treats associated with the local events. At one point, commentator and comedian Jimmy Failla put his face through a cardboard backdrop of a carnival employee. That’s when the playful stunt unfolded.

“Are you ready?” Trump asked. “I’m going to take it easy on you!”
“One, two-,” she added, before shoving the whipped cream-filled pie shell into his face.
“I was lied to. They’re like, ‘You can have pie!’ I got pied, alright!” Failla joked as he emerged from behind the backdrop, his face covered in whipped cream.
The moment was posted to Instagram, where Failla continued cracking jokes at his own expense.
“They’ve finally given up on making me take Ozempic and now they’re just feeding me on the air!” he said in a comment.
This is a stark contrast to the very serious demeanor Trump adopted while interviewing Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The pair touched on a variety of topics, including the war in Iran.

Lara Trump: Regime change has never been the goal though. It’s been denuclearization. Can you have one without the other?

“The regime change has never been the goal, though. As you say, it has been denuclearization. Can you have one without the other?” she asked.
“I think what the regime has to change. You may not have a regime change, but the regime has to change,” Rubio responded. “The Iranian regime traditionally has been expeditionary. In essence, their view is they don’t want to just govern Iran. They want to govern the region. They want to export their revolution. That does have to change. And the only way you’re going to change that is if you make the price of it too high for them to be able to pay.”
