Lauren Boebert zings Kinzinger over J6 committee’s failure; he insists Trump’s ‘time will come’

Trump-obsessed J6 committee dead-ender Rep. Adam Kinzinger’s congressional career can now be measured in hours but he isn’t about to give up the dream of seeing extreme vengeance brought down upon the ex-president.

The Illinois Republican responded to being taunted by Rep. Lauren Boebert over the one-sided House select committee’s running up the white flag by withdrawing its subpoena of former President Donald J. Trump two months after it was touted as the silver bullet that would finally bring an end to the political establishment’s hated enemy.

Boebert, who just won her reelection bid, jabbed the emotional Kinzinger on Twitter, rubbing his face in the ultra-partisan committee’s failure to deliver the goods despite non-stop cheerleading by the media, a bottomless budget and national television coverage.

“I’m confused. The J6 Committee withdrew @realDonaldTrump ‘s subpoena,” the Colorado lawmaker wrote. “I thought they were sooooo close to catching him? I thought his imprisonment was ‘imminent’ and ‘inevitable?'”

“Weren’t ‘the walls closing in?'” Boebert added. “Oh, well. Better luck next time, kids.”

“Nah Dont worry. His time will come… ain’t over,” Nancy Pelosi’s hand-picked RINO stooge shot back.

“Never give up the dream, I guess, Adam,” Boebert responded. “If there is a next time you will be watching on TV though. Keep the Kleenex nearby!”

Boebert’s mockery of Kinzinger comes as both himself and J6 committee’s snarling attack dog Liz Cheney – who was defanged by Wyoming voters in a humiliating primary beatdown – are not only about to lose their privileged positions on the one-sided, Soviet-style tribunal but their ability to further damage the country in Congress along with the love and attention that they have been showered  with by the media by virtue of their presence, giving Pelosi’s sham the illusion of bipartisanship.

Kinzinger’s insistence that the dream was still alive was an open invitation to a resounding smackdown from Twitter users and didn’t pass up the opportunity to kick the whiny drama queen on his way out the door.

With the withdrawal of the subpoena for Trump and the issuing of its final report – an 845-page doorstop – the J6 committee that came in with a bang is going out with a whimper an when it comes to whimpering, few are more well-versed at the art than the soon to be former congressman.
