The attacker was in a pack of bike and ATV riders when he got off his bike, reportedly leaping onto the back of the mother’s car and stomping on the back windshield until it caved in.

The mother, 23-year-old Nikki Bullock, was with her girlfriend and their two children when the incident occurred on Sunday near Philadelphia City Hall according to CBS Philadelphia.

She got out of the car and confronted the biker, who appeared to point a handgun at her face before stuffing it in his pants. A yelling match ensued where the helmeted biker slammed his visored head into the mother’s. She proceeded to shove the biker so hard he almost fell off his motorcycle. Then he took off and the mother grabbed one of her children and walked away. Her girlfriend carried the other child and got out of there as well.

“I didn’t see [the gun] hit the floor at all until he picked it up,” Bullock said. “He pointed it at me, I couldn’t hear anything he was saying, I was screaming at him.”

The incident was caught on footage taken by a shocked tourist videoing the incident on the Philadelphia street. It went viral.

The attacker was wearing a “You Ain’t No Killa” t-shirt. Authorities claim that a gun fell from his pants during the attack and the video backs that claim.

“The kids were screaming. Like it was insane,” Bullock told CBS Philadelphia in an interview. “The only thing that protected my kids from not having a bunch of glass from shattering on top of them is that my back windshield was tinted.”

“The (driver) was very brave,” 27-year-old Florida resident George Coloney, who took the video, told the New York Post.

He recounted that the incident occurred after the guy’s dirt bike hit the mother’s car. Then an argument ensued. Coloney was afraid someone would get killed.

“At this time, we are still attempting to locate the complainant,” Philadelphia police stated in an email that was sent to the New York Post Monday night. “Major Crimes is investigating. Anyone with information is encouraged to call or text the PPD’s tipline at 215-686-TIPS (8477).”

District Attorney Larry Krasner grandstanded over the incident, vowing to get tough on the suspect according to CBS Philadelphia, “That person, whoever that person is, if that person is caught, and if I get the chance to charge that person, we will be going after that person very, very vigorously after that person for that conduct.”

Coloney contacted Bullock on Monday after he posted the video on Instagram. According to CBS Philadelphia, it has almost 900,000 views.

The tourist was only in Philadelphia for two nights and got a lot more than he bargained for before returning to Florida. The video was taken from the top of a double-decker bus.

“I’m just happy because the video got out there that we were able to find who the girl is and there’s been a lot of people sending her money to pay for the car,” he remarked.
