MSNBC host claims Trump will deport black people next

Democrats are digging in to defend their latest martyr, with one MSNBC host suggesting that if the Trump administration is allowed to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia, then black people could be next.

On Saturday’s edition of “The Weekend,” host Symone Sanders-Townsend put a racial spin on the party’s fight to bring the alleged MS-13 member back to the U.S. during a conversation with Rep. Glenn Ivey (D-MD) who represents the district where the illegal alien was living before he was flown to El Salvador along with more than 200 other foreign gang bangers last month.

According to the former Kamala Harris aide, the deportation of Garcia will set a precedent that will lead to “people of color” being snatched off the streets as the “next in line” if Democrats don’t resist Trump’s kicking gang thugs out of the country.

Citing a recent op-ed by Janai Nelson of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund published by a far-left outlet on how democracies supposedly die, Sanders-Townsend added her own spin.

“The realistic way in which democracies die is that it’s dismantled brick by brick, piece by piece, and she says that what we are seeing now with the lawlessness from this administration are really the canaries in the coal mine gasping for air, I’m paraphrasing here,” she said

“But to me, that is why Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s specific case, the case of the gentleman who’s a make-up artist out of California who was also sent to that prison, that is why the more, the 75 percent of the folks who have been sent, the men who have been sent there that don’t have criminal records — that is why this is so important,” she continued.

“Because if they could do it to them, if they can snatch students off the street without any pushback or recourse, they will do it to any of us,” Townsend-Sanders claimed. “And to be very clear, it’s gonna  be the people of color and vulnerable communities that are next in line.”

Congressman Ivey agreed.

“I think that’s right, and that’s certainly part of why the African-American community is so strongly behind supporting Kilmar,” he responded.

“Yeah, we’re like, we are not for this,” Sanders-Townsend replied, as if she were speaking for every black person in America.

“Yeah, because as you just said, if they’re going to whisk them away, what are they going to do with us?” Ivey asked, fomenting black paranoia by endorsing the loony conspiracy theory.

In addition to fearmongering to get blacks to buy back into the party after the 2024 election catastrophe, Sanders-Townsend’s spiel is another signal that Democrats and their media mouthpieces are beginning to shift the rhetoric to a larger theme of constitutional rights and due process instead of going all-in to champion the return of an alleged MS-13 gangsta which isn’t an idea as popular with the majority of Americans as it is with their extremist base.

After Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) made his trip to visit Garcia only to have it become a public relations disaster, it suddenly seems to have dawned on Democrats that siding with MS-13 is another of those 80-20 issues that they are on the wrong side of. So now, out comes the race card.
