Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) officials have revealed that millions of illegal aliens received a Social Security number during former President Joe Biden’s tenure in office.
The reveal occurred during a get-out-the-vote rally in Wisconsin on Sunday featuring DOGE boss Elon Musk and staffer/helper Antonio Gracias, a venture capitalist.
It began with Musk and Gracias taking the stage as a large chart titled “New Non-Citizen Social Security Numbers Issued” was displayed on a giant screen behind them.

“Let me tell you what happened here,” Gracias then began speaking. “We started at the top of the system, mapping the whole system of Social Security to understand where all the fraud was … but this is what jumped out at us.”
“When we saw these numbers, we’re like, ‘What is this?’ In 2021, you see 270,000 people; it goes all the way to 2.1 million in 2024. These are noncitizens getting Social Security numbers. This literally blew us away—like, we went there to find fraud, and we found this by accident,” he added.
Gracias then mapped out how all this happens, starting with illegal aliens crossing the border, being charged with an administrative offense, and finally being given a notice to appear in court.
“So what happens then?” he continued. “Once you’re in the country and you’ve got asylum … you can apply for a work document. You file a 765; it’s the work form. You get this form called the 766 — that’s the authorization — and then the Social Security Administration automatically sends you your Social Security number in the mail. No interview, no ID.”
Not good.

Musk then piped up to share his belief that this handing out of millions of Social Security numbers to illegal aliens was done purposefully.
“People sometimes think under the Biden administration, he was simply asleep at the switch,” Musk began. “He wasn’t asleep; they weren’t asleep at the switch. It was a massive, large-scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately to change the entire voting map of the United States and disenfranchise the American people and make it a permanent deep blue one-party state from which there would be no escape.”
Gracias concurred.
“Look, if I hadn’t seen this myself, I’m not sure I’d have believed it,” he said. “I went through it myself, mapped it, and Elon is right—this is true. The defaults in the system, from Social Security to all the benefit programs, have been set to max inclusion, max pay for these people, and minimum collection. That’s what’s happening.”
He noted, for example, that 1.3 million illegal aliens were enrolled in Medicaid. Some illegal aliens were even registered to vote.
“We found some by sampling that actually did vote, and we have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service already,” he said.

The discussion concluded with Musk stressing that these findings aren’t a figment of imagination, as deranged leftists have claimed, but surefire facts that cannot be disputed by anyone telling the truth.
“There’s still actually a lot of people out there, especially in the sort of center third of the country, that somehow think this is made up by the right or it’s like some fiction,” he said. “It’s not that it’s somehow not true, but it is — it is absolutely true.”
And it’s as plain as day to see, he added, pointing to New York, where Democrats tried to make it legal for illegal aliens to vote, and California, where Democrats have made Obamacare available to everybody, including illegal aliens.
“So it’s really—if you create a massive financial incentive for people to come to the United States illegally, then that’s what they will do,” Musk said. “It’s a very—it would be stranger, it’d be odd if that didn’t happen.”
“The thing that is actually has the Democrats losing their mind by far—the real reason for these attacks and the burning of the cars and everything—is that we’re going to turn off the payments to illegals,” he concluded.
