Musk reveals why Biden picketing with autoworkers, supporting 40 percent pay hike is a bad idea

President Joe Biden traveled to Michigan on Tuesday where he joined striking UAW employees on a picket line and gave his full-throated support to their demands for a 40 percent pay hike and reduced working hours.

With a deluge of major media polls showing that voters are having serious doubts about his age and calls for new blood getting louder by the day, the decrepit and desperate career politician made history when he became the first president of modern times to openly take sides with striking auto workers.

During his trip to the Motor City, the octogenarian Democrat donned a baseball cap reading UAW and grabbed a bullhorn to spew platitudes in his twelve-minute public relations appearance, telling strikers they deserve “a hell of a lot more than you’re getting paid now” and dispensing other crowd-pleasing nuggets that were gobbled up by the lapdogs in the media.

“Today will mark the first time as a sitting President has visited a picket line in modern times. This is an important message to America’s auto workers and every hardworking American across across the country,” said White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, the historic first black lesbian immigrant to hold the position, of Biden’s historic picket line photo op.

After his short visit with picketers, Biden departed for California to meet with Democrat high-rollers.

“Union Joe” hasn’t been able to spend half a century swimming in the D.C. swamp by not being a master in the art of retail politics, especially when it comes to organized labor, a key component of the Democratic Party base, but he is completely lacking when it comes to business sense.

Billionaire Tesla/SpaceX CEO  Elon Musk shared a post on X that noted the 40 percent pay hike that Biden just endorsed will just be tacked onto already exorbitant car prices.

“Which then makes cars unaffordable, which leads to major sales drop, which leads to bankruptcy,” Musk pointed out.

Another successful businessman of some note, former President Donald J. Trump, cut through the propaganda by slamming Biden’s electric vehicle mandate that’s a stab in the back for automotive workers.

“Joe Biden’s draconian and indefensible Electric Vehicle mandate will annihilate the U.S. auto industry and cost countless thousands of autoworkers their jobs. The only thing Biden could say today that would help the striking autoworkers is to announce the immediate termination of his ridiculous mandate. Anything else is just a feeble and insulting attempt to distract American labor from this vicious Biden betrayal,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Tuesday.

“Crooked Joe should be ashamed to show his face before these hardworking Americans he is stabbing in the back. With Biden, it doesn’t matter what hourly wages they get, in three years there will be no autoworker jobs as they will all come out of China and other countries. With me, there will be jobs and wages like you’ve never seen before. Our economy will grow!” Trump added.

The 2024 GOP frontrunner will also travel to Detroit to speak to autoworkers on Wednesday, the night of the second Republican primary debate.
