A Muslim immigrant congressional hopeful seeking to unseat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) next year blasted the “Squad” member for her support of terror organization Hamas and its genocidal calls for an end to Israel.
Dalia al-Aqidi who is running as a Republican to take down the Somali-born bomb-thrower in Minnesota’s 5th congressional district appeared on Tuesday’s edition of “Fox & Friends” where she tore into the far-left congresswoman whom she called the “No. 1 antisemitic lawmaker in the United States.”
Appearing from Israel, al-Aqidi explained to Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt how leftists who parrot Hamas slogans don’t have a clue about what they’re endorsing.

“I’m telling you, Hamas is a terrorist group, and whoever supports these terrorists don’t belong to the United States of America, the land of the free,” she said of those who have chosen sides with the evildoers that slaughtered over 1,300 Israelis including women, children and the elderly during a cowardly sneak attack.
“When they call for a free Palestine and call ‘from the river to the sea,’ this is a call for a genocide. Black Lives Matter and all these far-left progressives have no clue what they’re chanting about,” al-Aqidi added of the mantra heard on college campuses and at organized pro-Hamas rallies demanding that Israel be forced to call a ceasefire.
Al-Aqidi said that she went to Israel to “show my support and solidarity with the Jewish people,” and said that the residents of Minneapolis where Omar’s district is support the Jewish democracy.
“We are not like her,” she said of the Somali-born radical. “We support the Jewish people, and we are fighting the same fight,” adding that the congressional district has been transformed into “ground zero for antisemitism” since the Jew-hating “Squad” member was elected.
She also scoffed at the idea that the terrorists are “freedom fighters” as leftists insist.
“I’ve seen the houses, the burnt houses. You can smell it. It’s a place of destruction. And whoever says that Hamas, that these people are freedom fighters, no, freedom fighters don’t do that,” al-Aqidi said of the areas that were attacked by the Islamist savages.
“Freedom fighters don’t hunt kids, don’t hurt women and the elderly from house to house and room to room. I’ve seen it. I bear witness to what happened in the kibbutz. So, that’s why I’m here to say, no, this is not fake news,” she told Earhardt. “These people with an Islamist radical Islamist ideology, they don’t care about their lives, what they care about is death.”
Al-Aqidi, who is from Iraq, also warned of the dangers of having a porous southern border and that terrorists could be exploiting the Biden regime’s leftist ideology to enter the U.S.
“We have no idea who’s coming through our borders. We have no idea about the ideology that some of these people have. … We don’t know how many,” she said. “I’m so disappointed in the Biden administration for this policy and I hope it will change this next year. … Any respectable country around the world should be in charge of its borders.”
“Ilhan Omar is doing irreparable harm to both Minnesota and the U.S. and she must be stopped. In fact, name the issue and Ilhan Omar is on the wrong side of it. For example, she spearheaded the effort to defund Minneapolis’ police department even as she’s spent over $100K on her personal security,” al-Aqidi states on her website.
“In Congress, she constantly forwards or sponsors legislation that attacks our allies while remaining silent about America’s adversaries. A review of her congressional stance on police along with her foreign policy reveals a troubling pattern: She is against both protecting the innocent and giving the innocent the means to protect themselves,” the website reads.
“The fact that she was removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee is further evidence of how untethered she is from the center of American thinking. Her hateful rhetoric and noxious antisemitism is toxic and serves only to gain attention for herself and position her as a celebrity—she is not fighting for us, she is fighting for herself,” she said of her opponent.
