Just when you think politics in America cannot get any more preposterous — after all, how do you top Joe Biden being elected president — The New York Times declares with a straight face, we assume, that Senator-elect John Fetterman is one of its 93 “most stylish” people of 2022.
In listing the cognitive-challenged Democrat who was rarely seen without his trademark hoodie and shorts, the newspaper quipped: “The senator-elect from Pennsylvania is going to bring Carhartt to the Capitol.”
To get a feel for how political the list was — this IS the New York Times, after all — Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson made the list with the paper gushing that she “has brought statement necklaces to the Marble Palace.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams and his “swagger” also made the cut with the Times saying “there’s no denying the Party Mayor’s got it, along with a closet full of impeccably tailored suits.”
Fox News host Jesse Watters summed up Fetterman’s inclusion best on his show Monday, positing that it’s all about the “Democrat machine” exercising its power over you.
“Don’t you see what’s going on here? Don’t you see what’s being done with us?” Watters asked. “Fetterman the best-dressed? Absolutely. Best supporting actor in a drama? Why not? Once you get the public to accept the most preposterous things like this, like men can have babies, Hunter [Biden] is an artist, you have broken us down to the point where you could tell us anything, the biggest lie ever and we would submit to it because we have accepted everything already at that point.”

In case you missed it, Fetterman AND his wife have scored cameo roles in Christian Bale’s new film, “The Pale Blue Eye,” with the director declaring that the star of the Democratic Party has a face that “fits in the 1830s.”
It’s safe to say, the Fettermans are wasting little time “cashing in” on their newfound success:

Speaking of Fetterman’s wife, who limits who can respond to her tweets, she got in on the fun while essentially mocking concerns about the integrity of our elections, of which Pennsylvania is ground zero.
No, not @JohnFetterman !! Recount!!! https://t.co/80mfknsnay

Here’s a quick sampling of online responses to the latest insanity from the left-leaning media that has to be an intentional effort to punk the right by declaring we can say whatever we want and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it:
So, the NYT crew really is on strike. https://t.co/ya5IFetsOQ

Just when you think the Failing New York Times can’t sink any lower, they list Fetterman among “most stylish” people… 😂🙄🤢
In a culture that has zero standards, believes wrong is right, and can’t define what a woman is, of course an ogre in a plain hoodie is “stylish.” 🤡

No one can possibly believe Fetterman is actually stylish. He dresses like someone who hangs out around a vape shop or convenience store all day.

Why did I think this was @TheBabylonBee headline? https://t.co/p29byJA2Zd

Oh, FFS, this is insufferable.

Proving that “stylish” is defined solely by validating the point of view of the person wearing it, vs. whether or not the style is actually attractive.
Otherwise Uncle Fester wouldn’t sniff such a list.
