In the neverending pander-fest that is the current administration, President Biden and Vice President Harris took a cringy selfie on Friday as they drove off to lunch seeking tacos and a photo-op on Cinco de Mayo at Taqueria Habanero, a Mexican restaurant in the Bryant Street shopping mall.

It appears that Biden and Harris consider outreach to the Latino community to be eating at their restaurants and having their pictures taken. The jokes pretty much write themselves on this one.
Of course, the press was all over it, reporting every little detail and fixating on their menu selections.
The Hill reported that Biden ordered a chicken quesadilla, churros, and an assortment of tacos for White House staff. Harris ordered mole enchiladas with chicken and an assortment of food for staff, according to her office.
As they picked up their food, they took pictures with staff behind the register and in the kitchen. They spent a few minutes inside the restaurant mingling with guests, including two young children and their parents for effect.

As he has done previously, Biden waved to the crowd on the way out, holding up his to-go bag.
Shockingly, there was no discussion about the crisis at the border and the massive surge that will hit next week as Title 42 comes to an end. According to some estimates, 10,000 illegal immigrants are expected to flood the border a day in an onslaught that will devastate cities and states.
Before the dynamic duo headed to their photo-op lunch, they took a selfie in their car that was thoroughly mocked.
“Get in, folks,” Biden tweeted from his Twitter presidential account. “We’re going to lunch.”
Harris retweeted the photo as well and disingenuously wrote, “Lunch with my favorite co-worker.”
Twitter exploded with ridicule over the selfie.
“My worst nightmare,” podcaster Graham Allen quipped after seeing the leftists posing for the masses.
My worst nightmare.

There were a ton of others that mercilessly dragged Biden and Harris for their propaganda selfie:

Awh man, I thought you guys were finally just posting some based memetic content. But your quote tweet has made it obvious what’s actually happening; you have to put on the image that you actually get along and do work together, in lieu of your 2024 ticket. Lame.
