‘Palestinian Rosa Parks’ hailed by leftists allegedly said she’d drink Jews’ blood, eat their skulls

A Palestinian woman whom left-wing media favorably compared to Rosa Parks may have more in common with Adolf Hitler than the American civil rights icon according to antisemitic social media posts that she is alleged to have written.

Ahed Tamimi, an activist who was lionized by leftists after she physically assaulted an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldier in 2017 when she was 16 years old, was arrested this week in the West Bank for allegedly calling for the killing of Jews, including drinking the blood of victims and dining on their skulls.

“The IDF has carried out substantial numbers of counterterrorism activity since Oct. 7 and has apprehended hundreds of suspects. Overnight, the IDF carried out activity to apprehend individuals suspected of involvement in terrorist activity and incitement,” the IDF said, according to a Fox News report. “During the activity, Ahed Tamimi, who is suspected of inciting violence and calling for terrorist activity to be carried out, was apprehended in the town of Nabi Saleh. Tamimi was transferred to Israeli security forces for further questioning.”

“Our message to the herd of settlers, we are waiting for you in all the West Bank cities from Hebron to Jenin – we will slaughter you and you will say what Hitler did to you was a joke, we will drink your blood and eat your skulls, come on, we are waiting for you,” she allegedly said in an Instagram post that her mother insisted was a fake.

Tamimi was celebrated after she was sentenced to eight months behind bars in 2018 as punishment for her kicking and slapping of the IDF soldier in the village of Nabi Saleh.

“Slap heard ’round the world: Ahed Tamimi becomes symbol of Palestinian resistance,” NBC News glowingly wrote. “The teen has bucks (sic) a longstanding stereotype of Palestinian activists — hoary old warriors and rock-throwing young men — and in the process electrifying a Palestinian population disheartened by years of settlement-build.”

“Ahed Tamimi is the Palestinian Rosa Parks,” was the title of an Al Jazeera column that claimed, “Like Rosa Parks before her, Ahed Tamimi is struggling against unjust laws, in her case the injustice of a 50-year military occupation that denies Palestinians their land, right to travel and self-determination.”

Other media outlets described Tamimi as “a feisty symbol of resistance against the Israeli occupation,” a “symbol of Palestinian resistance,” and “a symbol of resistance, helping to shine a spotlight back on the plight of Palestinians living in the Occupied Territories.”

She was featured in a segment by Israel-hating MSNBC pundit Mehdi Hasan who called her a “Palestinian hero” and CNN slobbered over her book “They Called Me a Lioness.”

“It wasn’t the first time Tamimi stood up to an armed soldier, nor was it the first time such an encounter had been captured on film,” wrote the outlet. “But the image of a fearless teen, with curly blonde hair and pink shirt, slapping a heavily armed soldier sparked interest and debate across the world.”

The alleged social media activity describing hatred for Jews in Hitlerian terms will likely only further burnish her cred in an anti-Israel media that serves as a de facto propaganda arm for Hamas.
