Actress Pamela Anderson claims in her documentary “Pamela, a Love Story” that actor Sylvester Stallone once offered her a condo and a Porsche if she would be his “No. 1 Girl” and told her “it was the best offer” she would get, a statement he ripped as false.

The tell-all documentary will debut on Netflix on January 31. In it, she reportedly claims she turned the “Rocky” star down for a fling because she was looking for real love at the time. Stallone adamantly states that the claims are “false and fabricated.”

The New York Post initially reported that Anderson was allegedly offered perks to hook up with Stallone.

She claims “he offered me a condo and a Porsche to be his No. 1 girl,” and after that, she replied, “And I was like, ‘Does that mean there’s No. 2? Uh-uh.'”

Following that supposed remark, she says that Stallone responded, “That’s the best offer you’re gonna get, honey. You’re in Hollywood now.”

“I wanted to be in love. I didn’t want anything less than that,” Anderson stated.

It’s unclear when the alleged exchange took place. Anderson was seen at the opening of Planet Hollywood with Stallone and others in 2007.

Stallone’s representative issued a statement to the New York Post denying the allegation, “The statement from Pamela Anderson attributed to my client is false and fabricated. Mr. Stallone confirms that he never made any portion of that statement.”

The claim was one of many that Anderson is making in her new documentary.

Anderson has been busy accusing people of coveting her lately. She also went after comedian Tim Allen, charging that he exposed himself to her in 1991 on “Home Improvement.” He was 37 at the time and she was 23 at the time. Allen denied the allegation saying that he would never do something like that.

“On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe,” Anderson recounted. “He opened his robe and flashed me quickly – completely naked underneath.”

Anderson, who previously posed for Playboy magazine, continued, “He said it was only fair because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably.”

“I would never do such a thing,” Allen, 69, told Variety on Sunday, saying that the incident Anderson described “never happened.”

TMZ immediately tried to paint Allen as a pervert, portraying a blooper of him on the show lifting his kilt as exposing himself to actress Patricia Richardson, who played his wife. The incident occurred after she joked “Hangs long, I just wish it was shorter.”

“People ask me what was under the kilt when he flashed me. He was well dressed under there,” Richardson said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital Wednesday. “I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not by a man in boxer shorts.”

“Home Improvement” was one of Anderson’s earliest credits, where she played “Lisa the Tool Girl” in what went on to become the No. 1 TV series in the country. She appeared in the first two seasons of the ABC sitcom before leaving to join “Baywatch.”
