Career criminal Darrell Brooks was acting the fool while appearing in a Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday to face charges for driving into the Waukesha Christmas Parade last year, killing six people including an 8-year-old boy and elderly members of the Dancing Grannies, and injuring dozens more.
Effectively making a mockery of the justice system in America, Brooks is representing himself on six counts of first-degree intentional homicide and 71 other counts — a compelling fact in the case is that Brooks had been arrested 21 days prior to the Waukesha attack for hitting his ex-girlfriend with the same vehicle during a domestic dispute, only to be released.
He can be seen in the video footage below arguing with the judge, before being removed to a separate facility.
Brooks was placed in a separate room “as the court attempted to begin the jury selection process in a trial over his alleged November rampage that killed six and injured dozens of innocent revelers,” Fox News reported.
“The judge ordered him removed from the court multiple times during the proceedings, in which Brooks complained about paperwork, claimed he didn’t recognize his own name and claimed to be a ‘sovereign citizen’ not subject to the court’s jurisdiction,” the network noted, citing FOX 6 Milwaukee.
“Obviously, this guy clearly has issues, and now you’re throwing sovereign citizen issues on top of it. There’s really no way that we’re going to see a typical jury trial,” Neama Rahmani, a Los Angeles-based former federal prosecutor following the case, told Fox News.
The New York Post shared photos of some of the antics seen from Brooks in the courtroom:

“What a sh*t show – Judge Dorow may have to appoint him an attorney over his objection,” Rahmani said. “The only real issue Brooks raised is asking for more time to review the discovery he received on Friday. The court may have to grant that request.”
One thing is certain, the public has little sympathy for a man one social media user described as “pathetic slime” for his alleged heinous crime.

Wisconsin, so unfortunately not

Yes, most judges would have him restrained or removed from proceedings with those antics. But media pushing out this clowns behavior is slap to the face of all his victims.

Why is this even allowed? The families of the victims are going thru hell again. Just lock him up, solitary. Forever! 💔

Such bull. Take back your courtroom, judge.

Hey now, he didn’t kill anyone. It was that cruel, monstrous SUV that did it.
