A PBS affiliate has responded after its board’s chairman published a vile social media post about President Donald Trump.
Libs of TikTok posted about Bob Greene’s disgusting “birthday wish” for the president in response to an X post about Trump turning 80. The account also noted that Greene is currently serving as the chair of the board at Rocky Mountain PBS, and is described as “responsible for developing new revenue platforms and partnerships that leverage and enhance the global scale of Liberty.”

Bob Greene is the Board Chair for Rocky Mountain PBS
He says he hopes Trump has a stroke for his birthday leaving him unable to walk or speak
Any comment @PBS? pic.twitter.com/uoW9CvUf7W

According to the now-deleted post, Greene wishes for Trump to have “[a]Â nice stroke that turns him into a drooling, pooping blob in a wheelchair unable to speak.”
It didn’t take long for word to reach his employers, who issued a response to Libs of TikTok.
UPDATE: @PBS confirms to me that Board Chair Bob Greene violated their social media guidelines when he wished for Trump to get an illness with a permanent disability.
We asked if he will face consequences or accountability for these comments, and they did not respond. https://t.co/y74DRH5Npn pic.twitter.com/83ZnfJqlr6

“Rocky Mountain Public Media (RMPM) has only recently become aware of this post in question, which violates our social media guidelines stating:
- Personal views and political positions should be kept separate from the station’s content, and should not appear on any RMPM-operated platform or dedicated page/stream.
- When using the internet or social media in your personal life, please make it clear and conspicuous that all of your statements are on your own behalf and are not RMPM’s. Disclaimers such as ‘opinions are my own’ should be used whenever appropriate.
“This post does not reflect the values or opinions of Rocky Mountain Public Media, and this level of discourse is never constructive to our collective efforts to strengthen the civic fabric of Colorado,” the statement reads.
Suspiciously absent is any word on an ongoing investigation, whether Greene is still employed with the company or if he will be facing any repercussions for violating their policies.
X users reacted:
Greene is despicable. Needs to be removed from his position. Another loser who just can’t deal with the fact that his party lost.

Things like that have a way of coming back on the prick running his mouth. I hope

And again, we are still waiting. You can’t market yourself as child friendly or family programming if your board members wish death on others

Bob Greene is pretty old himself. Seems like he is tempting fate/karma popping off wishing disability on someone.
