Rally on National Mall; speaker openly says of Trump, ‘get this man out of here, now’ or ‘there will be violence’

A former aide’s protest against the White House issued an ultimatum on the president’s tenure that had some daring her to show “what violence you have in mind this time.”

Like the “Summer of Love” in 2020 and extreme rhetoric from the Democratic Party prior to the presidential election, readily considered the cause for the assassination attempts on President Donald Trump, violence and destruction remained knee-jerk reactions to not getting their way.

That continued Friday when a protest calling for the removal of Trump from office claimed to not be promoting violence before warning that was exactly what was coming if their demands weren’t met.

“You need to adhere to this Constitution… get this man out of here now,” raged Fourteenth Now! co-founder Jessica Denson in viral clips from the protest on the National Mall. “But if that doesn’t happen — and we’re not promoting it for one second — but if that doesn’t happen, there will be violence. And these people had the opportunity to stop it, and they didn’t.”

“They’re cowards, every single one of them,” she continued in the same speech that claimed the administration was an “illegal Trump presidency” while also praising Jane Fonda and Texas Rep. Al Green (D).

The cane-waving radical, who introduced articles of impeachment against the president, was further celebrated by the left when his out-of-order disruptions led to his removal from Trump’s joint address to Congress that resulted in censure.

Years before starting the movement that called for the GOP leader’s removal based on Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment that barred anyone who had “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” from holding elected office, ignoring the fact that Trump had not been convicted of such an offense, Denson had been a staffer on the then-businessman’s 2016 campaign.

She went on to claim she had been harassed by the campaign and had filed suit over the non-disclosure agreements that were required.

Of course, as she also slammed Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D), who was facing his own considerable blowback for not wholly obstructing the funding of the federal government, few were surprised at the threats of violence from the left.

As had been the case with protests against the Supreme Court Justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade in the June 2022 decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, civil unrest after Trump was first inaugurated in 2017, and the myriad other examples heeding leftist leaders’ calls to action, Denson’s speech was received with little surprise.

“There’s already violence,” contended one response. “The left are violent people and the Democrat Party supports them. They prove it over and over again. The president will not be removed so go ahead and show us what violence you have in mind this time.”
