CNN’s Kasie Hunt thought she could handle Stephen Miller, gets civics beatdown of a lifetime

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller destroyed CNN’s Kasie Hunt with a civics lesson on how the U.S. Constitution works.

Hunt, seemingly trying to craft a cleverly worded question failed miserably when she challenged Miller about whether the Trump administration was purposely ignoring a court order seeking to halt the deportation of violent illegal aliens and asked if the admin. would be “ignoring” more court orders in the future.

Miller dismissed the premise of Hunt’s “question” and launched into a methodical and offensive position with a clear understanding of law and order on his side.

“The president of the United States and his administration reserve all rights under the constitution, to conduct national security operations in defense of the United States,” Miller began.

“The Alien Enemies Act which was passed into law by the founding generation of this country, men like John Adams, was written explicitly to give the president the authority to repel an alien invasion of the United States.

“That is not something that a district court judge has any authority, whatsoever, to interfere with, to enjoin, to restrict or to restrain in any way. You can read the law yourself; there’s not one clause in that law that makes it subject to judicial review, let alone district court review.”

The interview only went downhill from there … for CNN’s Hunt who was clearly outmatched. The fiery segment was posted by conservative actor and firebrand James Woods who called it “entertainment of the highest order.”

X users celebrated Miller’s beatdown, with some wondering if Hunt is just an “absolute moron” or a “partisan hack” or “both.”

So very refreshing!

It’s a bit perplexing.

Bingo.
