A prominent real estate guru isn’t pleased with how President Joe Biden was pushed out of the 2024 presidential race.
“The Democratic Party I grew up being part of is no longer about regular people,” Cardone Capital CEO Grant Cardone told Fox News on Monday, a day after President Biden announced the end of his candidacy.
“Now we know it’s all been a sham. First thing I thought when I heard Biden would not run was, ‘We’ve been lied to for over four years,'” he added.
Yep…
The Democratic Party hasn’t been the same since JFK was assassinated.
It used to represent the majority, hard working Americans who were attempting to secure opportunity, property and a better life for their family.
Now it’s a bizarre fringe group focused on WIERD agendas,… pic.twitter.com/6ufRNId588

Cardone continued by joining the chorus of voices who’ve called for Biden to resign from office.
“He should immediately step down,” he said. “The idea that he can continue to be the leader of the United States for five more months is insane. Knowing his compromised condition, it also means that our country is in ruins not being run by him, but by others… There was not even an explanation to ‘we the people.'”
The good news is that Biden’s sudden departure from the campaign trail helped convince Cardone that he’d made the right decision in endorsing former President Donald Trump.
“Personally, I know I can trust him to deregulate business, protect America, put an end to the nonsense, inspire the greatest middle-class wealth expansion,” he said. “And he’ll be great for real estate, which is in big trouble if we don’t lower interest rates immediately.”
“I’m in the south of France, and people from France, England, Dubai, Serbia, Canada, and Colombia have come up to tell me they can’t believe what is happening in America… They want Trump. These are some of the most successful people in the world. “They believe him getting up after the assassination [attempt] makes it clear: Trump is the best thing for America and world peace,” he added.
Donald Trump is like Nostradamus
What you look for in an executive is someone who is right more often than wrong. You don’t like what he says but he was right:
• China Virus
• Russia Russia Hoax
• Bragg Lynching in NY (reversal coming)
• Georgia Trial
• Florida Case… pic.twitter.com/qWPZQzNcso— Grant Cardone (@GrantCardone) July 22, 2024
There’s more. Cardone claimed to Fox News that home buyers and home sellers became more optimistic about the market after the failed assassination attempt on Trump’s life about two weeks ago.
He concluded his remarks to the network by singing the praises of Trump.
“[Trump] is the only person living today who can save the American Dream,” he said. “Trump will destroy Kamala because the policies she stood for and took a knee for have failed. I doubt she will poll well enough for Democrats to nominate her.”
“No one can beat Trump! Not even Barack, if he could run again. America wants success again,” he added.
So Kamala is the reason for America’s decline not Joe Biden.

To be clear, Vice President Kamala Harris is already being called the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee, mainly because President Biden endorsed her after dropping out and because everybody else on the left has also been endorsing her.
“Democrats moved Monday to consolidate behind Harris for the party’s nomination, capping a dramatic 24 hours after Mr. Biden’s shocking announcement that he was exiting the race and, a short time later, endorsing Harris for the nomination,” CBS News reported Monday.
“CBS News estimates Harris has received the endorsement of a majority of Democratic delegates. If the total holds, she would become the Democratic nominee for president after the virtual roll-call vote expected in early August,” the report continued.
Meanwhile, money has been flowing into her coffers at lightning-fast speed.
“[C]ountless party members, public figures and voters alike provided an outpouring of support for the attorney-turned-politician’s last-minute campaign, which raised more than $50 million in fundraising less than a day after it launched,” according to Billboard.
