Reporter has whopper of a cocaine question for Hunter

As President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden prepared to leave Capitol Hill following his congressional testimony, a reporter yelled out a question about cocaine.

The younger Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell spoke to reporters following the hearing on Wednesday, which was part of the Republican impeachment inquiry into the president. As he wrapped up and walked away from microphones joined by Hunter Biden, a reporter could be heard yelling out about the bag of cocaine that was found at the White House last year.

“It seems to me that the Republican members wanted to spend more time talking about my client’s addiction than they could ask any question that had anything to do with what they call their impeachment inquiry,” Lowell told reporters, asserting that there is no evidence against his client.

Hunter Biden, standing behind him, gave the attorney a pat on the back as they turned to exit.

“Mr. Biden, was the cocaine at the White House yours?!” a reporter yelled out over the din.

There was no response from the first son but the clip has been posted and reposted on X. The questions about the discovered baggie have continued and, despite White House security and surveillance – as well as a Secret Service investigation – there was never anyone named to whom the substance belonged.

Many pointed to Hunter at the time and former President Trump had even weighed in.

“THEY 100% KNOW WHO IT IS,” Trump said at the time on Truth Social. “If they don’t release information, it means they destroyed the tapes & the Cocaine was for use by Hunter, & probably Crooked Joe, in order to give this total disaster of a President a little life and energy!”

Wednesday’s shouted question at Hunter Biden got plenty of attention on X where users reacted.
