President Joe Biden seems to have proved again that he is not subject to the same rules he wants to impose on everyday Americans.
The president was captured on camera over the weekend on the island of Nantucket as he shopped without a mask inside a store that clearly required the wearing of a protective face covering.
Images showed Biden in Murray’s Toggery Shop on the island Saturday, with his mask down among other masked-up shoppers. In a befitting irony, footage of the president was captured through the store’s glass door while a sign clearly stated: “Required Face Covering.”
The president was seen in a video shortly after, leaving the store with a drink in his hand and the mask back up – covering only his mouth.
An indoor mask mandate was reinstituted earlier in November in Nantucket where Biden was spending the Thanksgiving holiday.
