‘Savage!’ Eric Swalwell humiliated on House floor over Chinese ‘penetration’

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), who infamously had relations with a Chinese spy, was savagely roasted by Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) over “penetration” by the communist Chinese during a hearing.

This legendary smackdown took place on Wednesday during the House Oversight Committee hearing with Hunter Biden’s former business associates, specifically Tony Bobulinski. It only took Waltz 27 seconds to fully incinerate Swalwell.

“Thank you Mr. Chairman and I find it incredibly rich Mr. Swalwell was gonna come to this committee and lecture us about how China penetrates our government and I think that’s something he may know a thing or two about. But let’s talk about how China’s penetrated the highest levels of this government, including this president and this White House because I think the visual is incredibly important,” Waltz said to laughter.

Swalwell was the one who stood with Hunter Biden who railed outside the Capitol building rather than appearing in answer to the subpoena on the day he was supposed to testify. He was also caught up in a honey-pot scheme with an alleged Chinese spy nicknamed “Fang Fang.” Swalwell was kicked off the House Intelligence Committee for that relationship.

Waltz went on to question Bobulinski about Chinese influence/ties to the Biden family after he cratered Swalwell.

The thrashing by Waltz occurred after the California Democrat gave ten specious reasons why the impeachment of Joe Biden is “dead” and “it’s time to pack it up”:

9. Key evidence of a bribe that you all relied on… the guy who said that has been indicted for lying about that bribe and he’s a Russian asset.
8. Another key witness has been indicted as a Chinese agent.
7. During the Hunter Biden interview, Mr. Chairman, you didn’t even stay for the whole time.
6. Chairman Jason Smith didn’t show up at all to the Hunter Biden interview.
5. The same day… Daryl Issa said, “It’s a big nothing.”
4. Today, Jim Jordan began his remarks, not by relying on any evidence for this investigation, but he went off attacking the DOJ about what they’re doing with the Catholics.
3. You all still have not sent the articles of impeachment for the Mayorkas impeachment to the Senate and that happened last month.
2. You’re now talking about a criminal referral but if you had evidence for a criminal referral, then you have evidence to impeach somebody for high crimes and misdemeanors.
1. I’m sorry to say this, Fox News isn’t even carrying this today. In fact, one of their anchors as they broke away ten minutes in said, “This is the same hearing over and over and over. At what point are you going to fish or cut bait?

Waltz wasn’t the only one who leveled Swalwell during the hearing either.

After the leftist congressman dramatically declared the impeachment hearing of President Biden dead, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) hilariously asked him to give his remarks in Chinese.
