Sean Penn’s rumored Jan. 6 movie already stirring debate

Deranged anti-Trump filmmaker Sean Penn reportedly intends to direct a movie about a cop who was present during the Jan. 6 riot that the radicalized left is obsessed with.

“The currently untitled film will follow the early life of a cop who goes on to be caught up in the January 6th Capitol riots,” according to Deadline.

The cop will be played by Bradley Cooper, who Deadline notes bears a resemblance to former D.C. officer turned leftist lunatic Michael Fanone.

However, the film’s focus will reportedly not be on the Jan. 6 riot, as strange as that sounds, but on a special friendship between the cop and someone else. It’s a friendship that again bears a resemblance to Fanone’s life.

“The divorced father of four daughters … wrote a book called Hold The Line, in which he detailed multiple unlikely friendships, including with a Black transgender sex worker named Leslie, whom he brought to meet younger officers to foster understanding of the diverse communities they swore to protect, and with folk icon Joan Baez, stemming from a portrait she painted of him defending the Capitol,” according to Deadline.

Plus, Penn and Fanone appear to be friends. When the filmmaker attended the Jan. 6 commission’s pseudo hearings in 2022, he reportedly sat between Fanone and another former D.C. cop.

Penn’s movie is already attracting criticism from the right, especially those who are convinced that the Jan. 6 riot was essentially planned by the Feds, as well as those who are aware of Fanone’s notorious leftism.

Both Penn and Fanone are notoriously anti-Trump, though the latter has alleged that he used to be a Trump supporter before he just magically transformed into a full-fledged leftist who hangs out with black transgender prostitutes.

Appearing on disgraced former CNN host Jim Acosta’s low-rated podcast last month, Penn, for his part, alleged that President Donald Trump is like a “spouse murderer.”

“I do think it’s a reasonable theory that Donald Trump is not unlike the spouse of someone who leaves him, perhaps for another, who then murders their former partner because if they can’t have her, nobody can,” he said.

“And I think Donald Trump and his solipsism may have that relationship with the world, and that this destruction is in part a power play. And also, a literal intention of his final out,” he added.

After Acosta asked him whether the president would try to stay in office once his term is over, Penn predicted “he might try to destroy the world” first.

Penn also famously struck up a bromance with former President Joe Biden’s disgraced crackhead son, Hunter, in 2024.

Penn revealed in a New York Times interview that he first met Hunter in 2022 during the Kennedy Center Honors. They later reconnected the year after with the help of disgraced Rep. Eric Swalwell.

He added that when he read an interview featuring Hunter, “I was really taken with him.”

“Since then, the two have been inseparable,” Breitbart noted in June of 2024, adding that Penn “was Hunter Biden’s personal guest at this month’s Hollywood fundraiser for Joe Biden’s re-election campaign that featured George Clooney and Julia Roberts.”
