Charges filed against an alleged “anti-female, anti-white, and antisemitic” serial puncher by Gotham’s district attorney, who appeared only to be doing his job, left the public unimpressed.
“Oh wow. [A] hate crime that’s unheard of.”
Be it bodega clerk Jose Alba or garage attendant Moussa Diarra, New Yorkers have grown accustomed to seeing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) succumbing to the pressure of public relations to remove charges leveled against those using self-defense.
Tuesday saw the inverse take place as the DA’s office announced that 40-year-old Skiboky Stora’s alleged assaults going back to September would also be considered “hate-motivated incidents.”
“Skiboky Stora allegedly committed a series of hate-motivated incidents against several individuals based on their perceived gender, race, and religion,” said Bragg in a statement on the indictment. “Much of what defines our city is respect and acceptance of all people. Nobody should have to fear for their safety because of their identity. I thank our prosecutors for their unwavering commitment in seeking justice for these victims.”
The office of the city’s top cop had referred to the assaults allegedly committed by Stora as “a series of anti-female, anti-white, and antisemitic incidents.”
Court documents pointed back to a Sept. 20, 2023 incident where the black suspect was said to have elbowed a white 17-year-old student in the neck in Chelsea while saying, “You people think you can do whatever the f— you want.”
Then, on Oct. 26, a similar assault was said to have left a 37-year-old “fair-skinned woman” struck in the “left shoulder, causing pain and bruising.”
On Nov. 18, Stora was alleged to have been seen pulling down posters of Israeli hostages near Union Square by a Jewish couple, each 28 years old. When Stora noticed he was being watched, the DA’s office detailed that he, “began to follow them and shout anti-white and antisemitic remarks, including, ‘F— you white boy.’ A Good Samaritan invited the couple inside her apartment building so they could get away from Stora. Stora followed them into the building lobby, yelling in substance, ‘Die, Jews, Die!'”
Most recently, on March 25, a 23-year-old white woman posted her account on TikTok of being assaulted where she said, “I am not here to argue that New York City can be really scary at times, but I have lived here for six years, and I have not had anything even remotely similar happen.”

As a result of the alleged crimes, Stora, who has previously attempted multiple bids for elected office, including running against Mayor Eric Adams (D), and purported to be descended from Jamaican activist Marcus Garvey, was indicted on three counts of third-degree assault as a hate crime and one count each of third-degree stalking as a hate crime and second-degree aggravated harassment.
Still, as Stora was allowed to walk after his Tuesday court appearance, social media users were left unimpressed by the hate crime charges in the typically soft-on-crime Big Apple.

@ManhattanDA Save it Bragg. You dropped the ball on so many cases these few little cases you decide to indict to make it appear you are doing your job is pathetic.
