Democrats have gotten their wish. Deported MS-13 thug, wife-beater, and human trafficker Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been freed from prison in El Salvador and is back on domestic soil.
Weeks after he disappeared from the headlines after it became apparent that he was far from the angelic “Maryland man” that the party of crime insisted he was, the news broke on Friday that Garcia was coming back.
Despite pilgrimages to the Latin American country to demand the El Salvadoran national’s release, Democrat lawmakers returned empty-handed, although one, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), was able to share a margarita with the party’s hero and look lovingly into his eyes.

While the news of his return had many likely partaking in a festive round of salty tequila-based cocktails, they may want to hold off on joyously boogying to the Mexican hat dance because a very special welcome-back gift was waiting for him.

The foreign gangbanger is set to face criminal human trafficking charges for his role in a years-long conspiracy to transport illegal aliens from Texas to locations throughout the country.
“Abrego Garcia has landed in the United States to face justice,” Attorney General Bondi said on Friday afternoon. “A grand jury in the Middle District of Tennessee returned a sealed indictment charging him with alien smuggling and conspiracy.”
“The grand jury found that over the past nine years, Abrego Garcia has played a significant role in an alien smuggling ring. They found this was his full-time job,” she told reporters.
“He traded the innocence of minor children for profit,” the attorney general said of the “Maryland dad” who had become a Democrat hero.
According to the indictment, co-conspirators fingered Abrego Garcia for allegedly soliciting nude pictures of a minor and was allegedly involved in the murder of another gang banger’s mother.
Senator Van Hollen rejoiced at the news, gloating that the Trump administration capitulated to Democrats.
After months of ignoring our Constitution, it seems the Trump Admin has relented to our demands for compliance with court orders and due process for Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
This has never been about the man—it’s about his constitutional rights & the rights of all.

The goverment may believe it has a good case to lock up Garcia for a long time before ultimately sending him back to his home country long after Democrats have forgotten about him but they still have to try the case, and rest assured, Abrego Garcia is going to have the best legal representation that money can buy courtesy of the left’s vaunted lawfare and money laundering networks and a sympathetic media that will turn his trial into a spectacle and the foreign scumbag into a symbol of President Trump’s alleged repression.
Still, it puts the Democrats in an awkward position of once again having to defend a vicious foreign gang member and putting Abrego Garcia back in the headlines for the foreseeable future, and with the public firmly on Trump’s side when it comes to deporting illegal alien criminals, they’d best enjoy those margaritas while they can.
