A Spanish woman trembled with fear as she pleaded for help in a local news segment.
Jaw-dropping scenes have shown swarms of what appears to be mostly, if not all, military-age Moroccan men pouring into Ceuta, Spain, by the tens of thousands in a matter of hours.
Spain has deployed its military to Ceuta, a Spanish territory on the North African coast, as the number of illegal migrants is estimated to be at 50,000 and rising. Ceuta has a population of 85,000.
It’s no wonder then that a young Spanish woman filmed by local news broke down in tears and sounded absolutely panicked while surrounded by a mob of migrants.
“I’m scared, I’m surrounded and trembling,” she said. “We need help.”
“It’s catastrophic. Today it’s Ceuta, but tomorrow it’ll be the Canary Islands or Tarifa.”

Many blame Spain’s leftist government for the migrant surge. Earlier this month, Spain’s Supreme Court ruled to protect migrants stopped at sea while trying to reach Ceuta or Melilla, a similar Spanish enclave in Northern Morocco.
There had reportedly been a “slow trickle” of migrants since the ruling until the “explosion,” according to Reuters.
More migrants are on the move as they head for Melilla:

Thank God @POTUS was elected and our country’s border no longer looks like this.
