Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) may have finally pushed her luck too far and a fellow “Squad” member said that calling out her anti-Semitism could endanger the Israel-hating Democrat and other Palestinians.
The Michigan radical whacked a hornet’s nest when she tweeted out a graphic video with bodies and bloody kids, accused President Joe Biden of enabling genocide, and promoted a slogan that called for the eradication of Israeli Jews.
As Tlaib is consumed by the firestorm that she ignited, Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to react to a post by Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) that “Rashida Tlaib is calling for the genocide of the Jewish people.”
This is a lie. This rhetoric is dangerous and needs to stop.
This endangers the life of Rashida and Palestinians standing up for their liberation everywhere. https://t.co/OJQRBqYXDU

The ethically challenged Black Lives Matter activist’s white knighting for her “Squad” cohort came on a day when Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) reintroduced her resolution to censure Tlaib with modified language to placate the 23 squeamish members of her own party who refused to formally rebuke her last week.
Bush was scorched by X users who unloaded on her over her misrepresentation of the meaning of the genocidal phrase used by Tlaib.
No. It’s not a lie.@MarshaBlackburn is correct.
Rashida Tlaib is calling for the genocide of the Jewish people and you agree with her views, support such views, excuse such views, and defend such views.— Leftism (@LeftismForU) November 6, 2023
Okay Hamas lady

Tell your friends to stop shooting rockets at civilians in Israel, to release all the hostages, and surrender immediately – and stop calling for the destruction of Israel with your hateful “from the river to the see” genocidal chants, thanks.

Are absolutely kidding me? Rashida Tlaib made a video accusing the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES of supporting “the genocide of the Palestinian people,” but “Rashida Tlaib is calling for the genocide of the Jewish people” endangers Tlaib’s life? https://t.co/p5xsEzU6WT pic.twitter.com/ZN6mqFAn4E

Like how you endangered lives by spreading the lie that Israel, and not Hamas, bombed a Gaza hospital? Grifting off of STL struggle wasn’t enough, so now you have to go international. https://t.co/zOwbZnv8Xm

“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” is antisemitic & calls for genocide of Jewish ppl. It is used by supporters of terrorist organizations such as Hamas & the PFLP, which seek Israel’s destruction through violent means. Stop telling Jewish people what it means.

Rashida endangers the lives of Jews.

So DSA hamas caucas can say or do anything they wish, but if you fight back, they call ceasefire. I’m noticing a trend here.

Like Tlaib, Bush has also been using her position as a member of the U.S. Congress to parrot Hamas propaganda, including smearing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and accusing the Jewish state of ethnic cleansing and war crimes.
We can’t be silent about Israel’s ethnic cleansing campaign.
Babies, dead.
Pregnant women, dead.
Elderly, dead.
Generations of families, dead.Millions of people in Gaza with nowhere to go being slaughtered.
The U.S. must stop funding these atrocities against Palestinians. https://t.co/IlhoZvDD3P

“To accuse Israel of ethnic cleansing as it seeks to defend itself and locate hundreds of hostages still held captive in Gaza — taken only because they were assumed to be Jews — is sickening,” leaders of the St. Louis Jewish community said in a letter denouncing Bush’s remarks. “The 60,000 Jewish members of the St. Louis community deserve an apology for her lack of decency, disregard for history, and for intentionally fueling antisemitism and hatred, especially at a time when law enforcement in America is recording an all-time high in violent attacks against Jews.”
