‘Squad’ members ‘incredibly on brand’ with clueless Memorial Day messages

Members of “The Squad” marked Memorial Day in the same clueless fashion that has marked their lamentable tenure in Congress.

On a day when America solemnly honored those who have paid the ultimate price to preserve freedom for all, the far-left Democrats took to social media to hijack the occasion as a vehicle to promote their progressive socialist agenda but only managed to showcase their own ignorance.

In a post to X, BLM activist and walking ethics violation Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) got Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day mixed up, a prime example of how much DEI has dumbed down the legislative body.

“This #MemorialDay & every day, we honor our veterans in St. Louis,” she wrote. “We must invest in universal health care, affordable housing, comprehensive mental health services, and educational &; economic opportunities for our veterans as we work to build a world free of war and violence.”

The reaction from X users was savage, but she had it coming.

Bush’s cohort, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) also got her holidays mixed up.

Both of them soon deleted their embarrassing tweets, a rare instance of humility from the yappy leftist lawmakers.

Other Memorial Day messages from “The Squad” were much more respectful than their ethically challenged colleagues.

Disgraced former congresswoman Liz Cheney – who should be an honorary “Squad” member – also posted her Memorial Day message featuring a quote from Honest Abe Lincoln.

But she may soon have wished she had stayed away from her iPhone as users reminded her that warmongering chickenhawks like her and her dad bear much of the responsibility for the flag-draped coffins.

“On Memorial Day, we honor the fallen heroes who served and sacrificed for our freedom and for our future. We must never forget the price that was paid to protect our democracy,” said President Joe Biden, making sure to insert a reference to the Democrat version of “our democracy” that more closely resembles the fascism that American heroes gave their lives to defeat.
