Some “sleepless nights” could be in store for Russian collusion hoax peddlers as federal grand jury subpoenas to three high-profile figures marked the start of dozens more to come.
Since President Donald Trump’s return to the White House, members of his administration have been working to expose suspected corruption within the halls of the federal government. Friday, months after “burn bags” had been uncovered at the FBI with documents related to the Russia case, a federal grand jury out of the Southern District of Florida subpoenaed former CIA Director John Brennan and infamous former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
Naming the then-California Rep. and now-California Sen. Adam Schiff (D) who’d led the charge against Trump in promoting the hoax, commentator David J. Freeman shared the breaking news “sending SHOCKWAVES through DC!” reported by Fox News Digital political correspondent Brooke Singman and noted, “Out of the UP TO THIRTY sent, the ones that will make people like Adam Schiff have sleepless nights are John Brennan, Lisa Page, and Peter Strzok. This is HUGE!”

Headed by U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Jason Reding Quiñones, the probe looking into the former director, former deputy assistant director of counterintelligence, and former FBI attorney is part of the Justice Department’s investigation of the Russian collusion hoax.
Strzok and Page infamously had been exposed for having an extramarital affair while working on then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team, where they had exchanged text messages voicing their ardent opposition to Trump
Investigation of Brennan had recently led to a referral for criminal prosecution from the House Judiciary Committee, alleging he made false statements to Congress regarding the collusion hoax. In addition to testifying that the CIA was opposed to the use of the Steele dossier in the Intelligence Community Assessment, the director had denied CIA reliance on the discredited files.
Additionally, current CIA Director John Ratcliffe had referred Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for prosecution in July in the wake of “overwhelming evidence” released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard showing the national security team under then-President Barack Obama had allegedly “manufactured and politicized intelligence.”
“I first reported that Brennan was under criminal investigation this summer. [Ratcliffe] referred evidence of Brennan’s alleged wrongdoing to [Patel] for potential prosecution. [Attorney General Pam Bondi] formed a ‘strike force’ to review #russiagate evidence found & declassified by [Gabbard, Patel and Ratcliffe],” explained Singman on X in highlights of her report. “It was created after declassification of records suggesting Obama officials ‘manufactured’ intel to form the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.”
“As for Strzok and Page,” she went on, “back in 2018 DOJ IG Horowitz discovered the anti-Trump text messages the two exchanged. Strzok opened the original FBI Crossfire Hurricane probe. The two both served on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating Trump-Russia collusion.”

Previously, Strzok had walked away with $1.2 million in a settlement with the Justice Department, as Page took in less than $1 million, putting an end to a “likely-doomed lawsuit” that claimed their privacy had been violated after their messages had been made public. The resulting payout was viewed by many as little more than money laundering by the Biden administration.
In September, the disgraced former agent hit a snag in his victimhood tour when a district judge dismissed another lawsuit from Strzok claiming he’d been wrongfully terminated from the bureau over his text messages.
