‘Superman & Batman, rolled into one’: Trump catches MAGA hat and pen like a boss, breaks internet

In a world in which the leader of the free world calls out to dead people and can’t find his way off a stage, it doesn’t take much to one-up the President, but when Donald Trump caught first a MAGA hat, then a pen out of thin air after a more than one-hour speech in Michigan, the contrast between Biden and his arch nemesis nearly broke the internet.

On the one hand, there’s President Biden, a 79-year-old man whose never-ending string of gaffes went next-level last week when he repeatedly asked “Where’s Jackie?” at an event, despite having previously issued a formal statement in which he offered his and Jill Biden’s sincere condolences for the congresswoman’s untimely death.

Since taking office, it’s become apparent to the entire world that Joe Biden can’t wait to get off a stage, if only he knew how.

Then there’s Trump, just three years Biden’s junior, after a rousing speech at the Macomb County Community College Sports and Expo Center in Warren, Michigan, that stretched for nearly two energetic hours.

When one of his enthusiastic supporters wanted an autograph at the conclusion of the event, 45 was happy to oblige, snatching both the tossed hat and pen out of the air like a boss.

You don’t have to imagine the differences between the two leaders. Conservative Twitter was quick to highlight them for you.

“Trump just may be Superman & Batman, rolled into one,” one user tweeted.

“That’s my man!” another exclaimed. “That’s my president.”

“Biden could never,” asserted conservative radio talk show host, Kimberly Klacik, to which Jack Posobiec replied, “He’d fall off.”

Jake Coco took it a step further, stating Biden “would mistake the marker for a crayon and start eating it.”

It would all be hilarious if it weren’t for the fact that the guy who needs his wife to lead him around has the nuclear football at a time when WWIII has never seemed more likely.

But there’s another difference between Biden and Trump that, as midterm elections speed toward America, can not be ignored, and that’s the enthusiasm that follows the former President wherever he goes.

The crowds that gathered to hear Trump speak in Michigan dwarf any that have ever rallied for Biden.

And Donald Trump didn’t let them down.

Rather than demonize half the nation, the former Commander In Chief promised MAGA supporters that the best is yet to come for the United States of America.

“We are a nation in decline,” Trump told the crowd. “We are a failing nation.”

Citing soaring inflation, the tanking stock market, the energy crisis, soaring crime, a crumbling infrastructure, and the “radical left’s” progressive “green” policies un Joe Biden, Trump stated, “We are a nation that has lost its way, but we are not going to let this continue.”

“Two years ago, we were a great nation,” Trump said, “and we will soon be a great nation again.”
