Teachers workshop includes tips to ‘subversively and quietly’ transition kids, employ ‘own code of ethics’

President Joe Biden’s insistence that children belong to the government played out in a big way as Midwest teachers gathered to discuss the “subversive” ways they’ve been working to push transgenderism on school kids with funding from the Department of Education.

As evidenced by event cancelations where deviant drag queens and other alphabet activists have been prohibited from performing lewd, scantily-clad at best displays in front of minors, encouraging perverse immorality is intrinsic to the ideology. While state lawmakers have made efforts to shield children from being force-fed sexually explicit content, teachers and administrators continue to disregard law in the name of inclusion.

On June 15, the Ed. Dept. funded Great Lakes Equity Center’s (GLEC) Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center (MAP) hosted a roughly four-hour workshop that the Daily Mail reportedly sat in on. Entitled, “Meeting the Moment — Creating Safe and Inclusive Schools for Transgender Students by Intentional Design: Session Two” the event featured discussion by teachers from the thirteen member states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Hosted by Angel Nathan, a MAP specialist the workshop included a review of newly passed laws as attendees sought to “remedy the marginalizing effects and disrupt problematic policies.”

Participants discussed what they had personally done and role-played interactions to achieve their goals like Ohio’s Shea Martin, described by the Mail as an “Ohio-based trans educator, who writes a ‘socialist, feminist, and anti-racist’ blog called Radical Teacher, who said during the workshop, “The stakes are very high for trans youth.”

“I think that requires working subversively and quietly sometimes to make sure that trans kids have what they need,” Martin declared before suggesting that when addressing sexuality with kids as young as five-years-old, teachers should avoid treating “reinforced heterosexuality as the norm.”

Of no apparent relation, DEI coordinator Kimberly Martin of Royal Oak Schools in Michigan admitted to keeping secrets from parents and working on ways to more readily facilitate that. “We’re working with our record-keeping system so that certain screens can’t be seen by the parents…if there’s a nickname in there we’re trying to hide.”

Meanwhile, Iowa-based counselor Jennifer Haglund of Ames Community Schools said, “I know that I have my own right code of ethics, and that doesn’t always go along with the law.”

GLEC is currently funded by the Department of Education under Title IV of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and MAP represents one of four such regional Equity Assistance Centers. Within the 13 states represented are more than 11 million students spread out across over 7,000 government-run school districts all susceptible to the same Marxist indoctrination being pushed during the workshop.
