Producer Rob Reiner was taken to the woodshed by actress Roseanne Barr after he whined about Robert F. Kennedy Jr. leaving the Democrat Party and declaring himself as an Independent.
It appears that Reiner got offended after speaking with Kennedy, telling him he was endangering democracy by going his own way. Kennedy evidently didn’t give a fig what Reiner thought.
“Bobby Kennedy Jr.’s announcement to run as an Independent is a dangerous and cynical move by wealthy Republicans to put Trump back in the WH. I talked with Bobby and told him that what he is doing could destroy American Democracy. He didn’t care,” Reiner petulantly wrote on X.
“You told someone that them running for president will destroy America and they didn’t care about your opinion? Do they not understand that you’re a very smart man? That’s crazy. He should immediately drop out. As you know, democracy is dangerous to our democracy and we can’t let Americans vote for who they want. That would be pure fascism,” Barr snarked in disgust at Reiner’s hurt feelings.

Reiner just couldn’t help himself and brought former President Trump into the mix. He seems obsessed with Trump, especially with the upcoming 2024 presidential election in play.
Kennedy announced on Monday at Philadelphia’s Independence Mall that he would run as an Independent presidential candidate in 2024, sending shockwaves through the Democrat Party that despises him.
According to Axios, “An Ipsos/Reuters poll published this month found that in a three-way 2024 matchup, 33% of respondents supported Trump, 31% supported Biden — with the pair too close to call — and 14% supported Kennedy.”
Kennedy stated on Monday during his speech that he was “declaring independence” from the “tyranny of corruption that robs us of affordable lives, our belief in the future, and our respect for each other.”
“People suspect that the divisions are deliberately orchestrated,” he declared. “They’re fed up with being fooled and they’re ready to take back power.”

Barr wasn’t the only one to mock Reiner over his arrogance and elevated opinion of himself.
They lined up on social media to take a swing at the leftist director and to support Barr:

I agree, Roseanne. I think Bobby Jr. has some great ideas. I also think he has some far fetched ones. I’m not voting for him, but this is a Democracy and he has every right to run, and people have every right to vote for him if they choose.

Roseanne Barr on twitter does NOT disappoint.

How did Reiner manage to talk to Kennedy??? If I were in a position that Reiner would call me, I’d hang up on him.

Meathead is not only dumb, he is not funny. He’s just a creepy old man with a keyboard sitting around in his meatless underwear, spewing hate.
