According to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), members of President Joe Biden’s scandal-ridden family may have accepted more than $40 million from foreign nationals as payment for potentially “compromised” policy decisions.
Comer’s tireless committee has identified “six specific policy decisions” made by Biden — four of them, “made while Joe Biden was president early on” — that indicate the career politician “is compromised,” the dogged Republican told WABC 770’s “Cats & Cosby Show” hosts John Catsimatidis and Rita Cosby on Wednesday.

“[W]e cannot come to any other conclusion as to why these decisions were made, other than the fact that this president is compromised,” Comer stated.
“This was organized crime,” he said. “There’s no other way to define it.”
As BizPac Review reported, the Oversight Committee recently received additional bank records relating to the Biden family’s shady business deals.

“We are still producing results, every day, that shows this family, the President of the United States’ family, has received millions and millions of dollars from our adversaries all over the world…and they can’t explain why…they can’t explain what they did to produce that money,” Comer told Newsmax on Friday.
“We’re going to try to determine how much money the Bidens took, and what role Joe Biden played in all of this … It’s a huge puzzle,” he said on “Cats & Cosby.”
“This is going to top out at around 30 to 40 different banks, and about that many different shell companies. This is an organized attempt by the Biden family to hide the source of money going into these shell companies, and to distract from the IRS so they wouldn’t have to pay taxes on it,” he explained. “And that’s exactly what the IRS whistleblowers alleged in the transcribed interview with the Ways and Means Committee — that the Biden family never paid money on any of these wires that came into these shell companies.”
As previously reported, IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent whistleblower Gary Shapley, Jr. testified that US Attorney David Weiss told multiple witnesses of the DOJ’s advisement against bringing charges against Hunter Biden in California.
The New York Times later confirmed Shapley’s testimony.

“It is not clear if Mr. Weiss was convinced those strands of the investigation should be prosecuted or was simply making sure all potential charges were pursued thoroughly. But in mid-2022, Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed, according to Mr. Shapley’s testimony,” The Times reported. “A similar request to prosecutors in the Central District of California, which includes Los Angeles, was also rejected, Mr. Shapley testified. A second former I.R.S. official, who has not been identified, told House Republicans the same story. That episode was confirmed independently to The New York Times by a person with knowledge of the situation.”
On Wednesday, Shapley joined Fox News host Bret Baier and said of the investigation, “We weren’t allowed to ask questions about dad, we weren’t allowed to ask about the big guy, we weren’t allowed to include certain names in document requests and search warrants. So, we were precluded from following that line of questioning.”

Based on all the financial records that we did find, they’ve been analyzed and it was around $8.3 million he (Hunter Biden) received.

“I mean to this day, there’s still around $400,000 of unreported income from Burisma [Holdings] in 2014,” Shapley told Baier. “Hunter Biden was told by his partner, Eric Schwerin, that he needed to amend his returns, and he never did.”
According to Comer, he’s “confident” his investigation into the Biden family dealings will show various family members took in “at least $17 million” from foreign nationals, but the “transactions could exceed $40 million-plus.”
Shapley also informed Baier that it was a Joe Biden-appointed attorney — not Weiss — who determined whether or not Hunter Biden would face federal charges over his financial dealings.
The whistleblower recalled an October 7, 2022, meeting with top IRS and FBI officials during which Weiss said “he’s not the deciding person whether or not charges are filed or not.”
“I was there, and I witnessed this personally,” Weiss said.

According to Shapley, Weiss meet with Matthew Graves, the US Attorney for the District of Columbia, and, “After that occurred, he was no longer looking to charge.”
Baier called the revelation “earth-shattering news.”
“It’s a Biden-appointed D.C. U.S. attorney, Matthew Graves, would not allow him to charge in his district?” he asked his guest.
“I didn’t learn that fact until October 7 of 2022, so looking back to March of 2022. And that’s when David Weiss, in October 7, 2022, said that the D.C. U.S. attorney’s office will not allow us to charge there,” Shapley replied.
Weiss requested special counsel authority, but was shot down.
“I even had him repeat that, because I knew how important that fact was, and I wanted to make sure I understood it,” Shapley said.
