Tim Scott blasts ‘disgusting’ Dem ‘squad’ members: ‘Part of the propaganda machine of Hamas’

Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) has had enough of the Democrat “Squad” and their spewing of lies, anti-Israel hate, and pro-Hamas propaganda and he tore into the gaggle of Jew-hating congresswomen.

The 2024 Republican presidential candidate appeared on Saturday’s edition of “Fox & Friends Weekend” where he followed up on his recent New York Post op-ed in which he called for the mouthy far-left lawmakers to be booted out of Congress.

The two most vocal “Squad” members have been Somali-born Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Rashida Tliab (D-MI), both of whom promoted the debunked claim that the Jewish democracy was responsible for last week’s blast at a Gaza hospital, a lie cooked up by Hamas propagandists and spread by their U.S. mouthpieces in Congress and in the media.

Asked whether he’d be calling for the expulsion of members of Congress if he was president, the senator hammered the lawmakers who he seems to think may as well be working on behalf of the terrorists.

“Listen, certainly the entire American people want those members of the squad expelled, and certainly as president of the United States I would want them out of Congress or at least taken all their responsibilities away,” Scott said.

“Listen, we cannot have people, the Squad, as a propaganda, part of the propaganda machine of Hamas. You cannot have a Palestinian flag flying on American property, especially in the House of Representatives,” he continued, referring to Tlaib’s continuing to display the foreign flag even after the atrocities perpetrated by Hamas on Israeli civilians.

“We are sending the worst message I could think of. You just saw, we saw October the 7th, Hamas come into Israel and burn babies alive.” the senator said. “We saw beheadings. We saw grandmothers taken, women raped and the response is to ask Israel for a ceasefire? I hope Israel wipes Hamas off the face of the earth.”

“I can’t think of anything more evil than the pictures of those burned little babies and to have the Squad tell people to have a ceasefire, to have the squad keep up a tweet that says that Israel was responsible for 500 deaths at a hospital even though it is proven to be a lie, I find their actions despicable,” Scott added.  “I find their conduct disgusting. I find their presence as a part of the House of Representatives antithetical to what we stand for as a nation. Not as Republicans, not as Democrats, but as Americans. We stand against hate.”

As of late Saturday, Tlaib’s notorious tweet blaming Israel for the explosion Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital defiantly remains up days after it was debunked, a big middle finger from the Michigan Democrat being wagged in the faces of her critics.

“In another front, Hamas launched a misinformation campaign built on a lie that an Israeli missile struck a hospital, killing hundreds. That misinformation was carried in news outlets in America and across the globe,” Scott said in his NY Post column. “The truth is Hamas-aligned Islamic Jihad fired the rocket, and dozens of innocent civilians in Gaza lost their lives.”

“Then the Democratic members of the so-called “Squad,” such as Rep. Rashida Tlaib, parroted Hamas propaganda in social-media posts. Rather than delete her post, Tlaib kept it up,” he wrote. “Worse, Tlaib continued to echo the lie during a pro-Hamas rally outside the Capitol.”

“I know we shouldn’t expect more from the Squad, but we cannot have members of Congress being a part of the propaganda machine for Hamas,” Scott said. It’s undeniably crazy. We deserve better.”
