Trump campaign offering new mugshot-themed Christmas wrapping paper

It’s hard to imagine a more persecuted individual in U.S. history than Donald Trump and, as Democrats worked to hit the former president on multiple fronts with historic indictments, one of the most coveted items his tormentors sought was a Trump mugshot.

The city of Atlanta would finally oblige, but it’s fair to argue that Trump benefitted far more than his political opponents were hoping to by capitalizing on his infamous mugshot.

The Trump campaign has made a fortune off the mug shot, making more than $9 million in less than a week in late August selling, among other things, t-shirts, coffee mugs, and posters featuring the photo, according to the Washington Examiner.

And the entrepreneurial juices are still flowing because followers will now have the opportunity to wrap their Christmas presents in Trump mug shot wrapping paper.

The wrapping paper is featured on the Trump campaign’s merchandise website for $35 and comes complete with a Santa hat perched atop Trump’s head and the message: “Never Surrender.”

A second option of green MAGA wrapping paper is also available, featuring Trump wearing the Santa hat with a pumped fist and his campaign slogan: “Make America Great Again.”

In addition to purchasing the wrapping paper outright, supporters can acquire it by donating $47 to the Trump campaign — this being an apparently clever reference to Trump being the 47th president of the United States if he is elected in 2024.
