Trump confronts DeSantis on his reaction to possible charges; just wait until it happens to him…

As a possible indictment and arrest hang over former President Trump’s head, he is stepping up his attacks against Governor Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), blasting him after he made comments about the Stormy Daniels case and appearing to smear him as a groomer while questioning his sexuality.

“Ron DeSanctimonious will probably find out about FALSE ACCUSATIONS & FAKE STORIES sometime in the future, as he gets older, wiser, and better known, when he’s unfairly and illegally attacked by a woman, even classmates that are ‘underage’ (or possibly a man!),” Trump railed. “I’m sure he will want to fight these misfits just like I do!”

Fox News anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum were shocked over Trump’s smearing of DeSantis which followed shortly after the governor’s comments on the Stormy Daniels case on Monday.

“I don’t know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star. What I can speak to is that if you have a prosecutor who is ignoring crimes happening every single day in his jurisdiction and he chooses to go back many, many years ago, that’s an example of pursuing a political agenda and weaponizing the office,” DeSantis said during a press conference, referring to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as a “Soros DA.”

“Well, soon after that, the former president went to Truth Social and fired back and his favorite name for the governor of Florida, Ron DeSanctimonious, he said, ‘will probably find out about false accusations and fake stories going on to say as he gets older, wiser and better known when he’s unfairly or illegally attacked by a woman or even classmates that are under age or possibly a man,’” Baier reported.

“And he continued. And he linked to this story he has linked to before,” he noted.

“Oh, good lord! Yes, we remember this photo of Governor DeSantis back when he was teaching. He spent a very short time teaching. And there’s a, you know, this photo that Trump put out there of him hanging out with some of his students,” MacCallum explained.

“We’re in a surreal place right now,” Baier remarked.

“Totally surreal!” MacCallum responded, evidently shocked over the attack.

“Really surreal. And in the middle of this, you also have other cases that possibly could come to the fore. The case in Georgia, that is also in a grand jury. You have the special counsel looking at not only the classified documents, but the handling of January 6th. There’s a lot that’s bubbling up at this moment that could affect a lot of things,” Baier concluded.

Trump repeated his previous accusations against DeSantis, claiming he wants to cut Social Security and Medicare.

“Ron DeSanctimonious is dropping in the Polls so fast that he soon may be falling behind young Vivek Ramaswamy. People are beginning to find out that Ron wanted to destroy Social Security, and raise its minimum age to at least 70. He also had strong plans for cutting Medicare, and still does. Nothing good happens when you are a disciple of Super RINO Paul Ryan. Also, Florida did great long before DeSanctus came along, got my ‘coveted’ Endorsement, shot up like a rocket, and won!” the former president charged.

Meanwhile, as everyone waits to see on Tuesday if Trump will be indicted and whether the left will attempt a perp walk or not, the former president declared he is the victim of a “Stormy ‘Horse Face’ Daniels extortion plot” on Truth Social. He contends that he is being targeted by a series of “horrible radical left Democrat” investigations.

“These four horrible radical left Democrat investigations of your all-time favorite president – me – is just a continuation of the most disgusting witch hunt in the history of our country,” he emphatically stated.

“It’s gone on forever, with Russia, Russia, Russia and Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, and the Mueller hoax. It’s an absolute disgrace what’s going on. They even spied on my campaign. And remember this: with all of the work that they did on Mueller – no collusion. That’s what the answer was. It was all, no collusion,” Trump asserted.

Trump said he was being attacked by “sick” prosecutors who are determined to bring him down, pointing out that he is seen as a threat to Democratic power and therefore must be stopped.

He added, “Whether it’s the Mar-a-Lago raid or the unselect committee hoax, the perfect Georgia phone call – it was absolutely perfect – or the Stormy ‘Horse Face’ Daniels extortion plot, they are all sick. And it’s fake news. Our enemies are desperate to stop us because they know that we are the only ones who can stop them. And they know it, very strongly. And they are looking at the polls where, not me, but we, are up by so much. They can’t even believe it.”

“They are not coming after me – they are coming after you. I’m just standing in their way. And I always will stand in their way,” Trump declared.

Robert J. Costello, a former legal advisor to disgraced attorney Michael Cohen, testified on Monday in front of a Manhattan grand jury that is investigating Trump, discrediting Cohen’s own suspect testimony against the former president.

Trump railed against Michael Cohen on Truth Social and cheered Costello’s testimony.

“It is being said that disbarred lawyer Michael Cohen was put out to dry today after his highly respected former attorney and legal adviser, Robert Costello, made a great impression not only on the D.A.’s Office, but the grand jury itself,” Trump wrote on his social media platform.

“He is known to be a great lawyer and highly honorable man. He stated to the media that he could no longer listen to the lies that Cohen was spreading. He told the TRUTH, with papers, documents, and backup. He left ZERO doubt. THE D.A. WILL DO THE RIGHT THING!” he continued.

According to the Daily Mail, Trump will be arrested “on Wednesday at the earliest.” Police forces across the US are currently making preparations for potential unrest if the former president is taken into custody.
