President Donald Trump followed up on his White House Correspondents’ Dinner joke about CNN’s Kaitlan Collins with a Truth Social meme.
On Sunday morning, the president doubled down on the comments he made comparing Collins to Dylan Mulvaney by posting a meme that imposed her face on his infamous Bud Light photo.

This comes after the rescheduled WHCA dinner took place on Friday, where Trump was finally allowed to let loose and fire back at the media that has covered his political career for the last decade. He made a particularly pointed jab at Collins, who won the association’s Award for Excellence in Presidential News Coverage Under Deadline Pressure (Broadcast) during the event.

🚨 OMG. President Trump is CLOWNING Kaitlan Collins right now
“I thought Kaitlan had really made it big with a major new sponsorship. But then I informed her that it wasn’t her on the Bud Light can. It was Dylan Mulvaney!”

“I want to personally congratulate CNN’s Kaitlan Collins on receiving her award,” the president said. “It was all about me. It was a fake, she shouldn’t get the award; it was a fake. But I didn’t mind. I said, ‘Kaitlan, congratulations.’ But it was fake, there’s no question about it.”
“But she’s a young, attractive woman. She never smiles,” Trump continued. “I said, ‘Kaitlan, do you ever smile? Smile.’ You have a nice position, you’re at CNN fake news, you should be a happy person, so smile, Kaitlan, just smile.”
“I thought Kaitlan had really made it big with a major new sponsorship,” he joked. “But then I informed her that it wasn’t her on the Bud Light can, it was Dylan Mulvaney.”
“Dylan Mulvaney cost Bud Light $35 billion in market cap. That was the worst commercial ever made, by the way, for those few people who want to hear that. Most people don’t care, but I would. I wouldn’t want to hire Dylan any time soon,” he added.
According to Yahoo, Mulvaney responded to the jab in an Instagram story the next day.
“On Saturday, the TikTok star shared her support [for] the CNN anchor with a post on her Instagram Stories. Referencing Collins’ recap of the recent White House Correspondents’ Dinner, she shared an inspirational quote from Eleanor Roosevelt,” the article revealed.
X users reacted to the meme:
