Trump offers ‘Sleepy Joe’ sage campaign advice amid calls to step aside – urges Biden to ‘ignore critics’

President Joe Biden is in the political fight of his life, perhaps the last one, but he has one unusual ally in his corner as he tries to stave off calls for him to step down.

The embattled geriatric president’s high-stakes interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos did little to quell the internal party revolt that’s been raging since his horrific performance at CNN’s debate, and his defiant attitude will likely only intensify efforts to boot him from the ticket.

Presumptive GOP nominee Donald J. Trump, who will face off against Biden if he’s able to hang on, offered up words of encouragement and support for the 81-year-old in his own inimitable style.

“Crooked Joe Biden should ignore his many critics and move forward, with alacrity and strength, with his powerful and far reaching campaign,” the former president wrote in a Saturday post to Truth Social.

“He should be sharp, precise, and energetic, just like he was in The Debate, in selling his policies of Open Borders (where millions of people, including record numbers of Terrorists, are allowed to enter our Country, from prisons and mental institutions, totally unchecked and unvetted!), to Ending Social Security, Men playing in Women’s sports, High Taxes, High Interest Rates, encouraging a Woke Military, Uncontrollable Inflation, Record Setting Crime, Only Electric Vehicles, Subservience to China and other Countries, Endless Wars, putting America Last, losing our Dollar Based Standard, and so much more,” he added, summarizing the policies that have been a hallmark of Biden’s far-left agenda.

“Yes, Sleepy Joe should continue his campaign of American Destruction and, MAKE CHINA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump concluded, tossing the drowning man an anvil and not a life preserver.

All joking aside, Biden’s ship is rapidly taking on water with daily leaks springing all over the media and Democrats who want to give VP Kamala Harris a DEI promotion lining up with their daggers in hand.

Jittery Democratic lawmakers are starting to come forward to having Biden as their nominee in four months when some fear that the collateral damage will be catastrophic if he remains as the nominee, derailing the gravy train for them too.

NBC News quoted a dozen unnamed Democrats whose spirits weren’t buoyed by the Stephanopoulos interview, expressing a sick feeling of doom, perhaps even worse than after the debate since it was a friendly setting with a longtime party stooge.

Among the responses from the anonymous Democrats were “heartbroken,” “doomed” and a “f—–g disaster,” hardly words of encouragement.

“It made me sad,” one Democrat who had previously endorsed Biden told the outlet. “Completely out of touch with reality and insulated from truth.”

“Front-liners are all p*ssed, and they are personally ready to pull the trigger to ask Biden to step aside, but politically they are scared s—less,” said one unnamed senior Capitol Hill aide.

“We are desperate to protect our democracy and we truly want him to have the grace that comes with beating Trump in 2020 and deciding to pass the baton,” one House Dem said.

Trump was a bit more on brand about Biden in a video that was sneakily recorded while he was playing golf in an attempt to smear him. Unfortunately for leftists, it backfired bigly.

“How did I do with the debate the other night?” Trump asks in the video which was recorded while he was sitting in a golf cart, calling Biden an “old, broken down pile of crap.”

“He just quit, you know. He’s quitting the race. I got him out of the race, and that means we have Kamala,” Trump added. “I think she’s gonna be better. She’s so bad. She’s so pathetic. She’s so f**king bad… can you imagine that guy dealing with Putin and the president of China, who’s a fierce person? He’s a fierce man, very tough guy.”

“They just announced he’s probably quitting. Just keep knocking him out, huh?” Trump said before driving off.
