President Donald J. Trump’s administration is moving quickly to aggressively cut out the DEI cancer that was allowed to metastasize throughout the federal government under his predecessor, Joe Biden.
In a Friday night memo to the heads and acting heads of all departments, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) ordered the termination of all DEI offices within 60 days, a resounding statement that institutionalized racism and discrimination will no longer be tolerated within the government where it has festered for the last four years.
Big news: President Trump’s Office of Personnel Management told all agencies that they have 60 days to terminate all “environmental justice”, DEI and DEIA positions. They also note that these terminations should begin NOW!

In the memo, Acting OPM Director Charles Ezell cites Trump’s anti-DEI executive order titled “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing” which was issued shortly after he took office.
“In accordance with that order, each agency, department, or commission head shall take action to terminate, to the maximum extent allowed by law, all DEI, DEIA, and ‘environmental justice’ offices and positions within sixty days,” the memo reads.
But the memo also said that the layoffs can begin immediately and that “agencies can and should begin issuing RIF notices to employees of DEIA offices now.”
The news was cheered by X users who celebrated the eradication of the racist rot in the halls of government.

Another win for the good guys.

I wonder how long it will take for people studying intersectional gender politics to realise there are no DEI jobs for them?

In the private sector these DEI staffers would be called “non-value-added”. The workforce will be more cohesive and productive once these divisive staffers leave.

Now we need to make sure they are not just moved somewhere and given a different title. These people need to be torn out by the roots.

Yep. That is what he said he was going to do when he campaigned. That is why he won.

Friday’s OPM memo follows an earlier one from Tuesday that instructed agencies to shutter DEI departments and put employees on paid leave by the end of the day on Wednesday.
“These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination,” Ezell wrote in the earlier memo.
“Ultimately, these attacks on DEIA are just a smokescreen for firing civil servants, undermining the apolitical civil service, and turning the federal government into an army of yes-men loyal only to the president, not the Constitution,” the American Federation of Government Employees, a union that represents the pampered and overpaid leeches on the backs of American taxpayers, said in a statement this week.
The DEI bloodbath has already been underway in corporate America, with big box retail giant Target being the latest major company to announce that it’s backing away from the discriminatory policies that were a hallmark of the Biden-Harris era.
