Former President Donald J. Trump reacted strongly to the news that special counsel Jack Smith issued a secret search warrant for his account on Twitter, another sneaky move by the underhanded Biden regime prosecutor.
According to media reports, newly unsealed court documents revealed that Smith obtained the warrant in January to comb through the GOP frontrunner’s account, including his direct messages, and after the company dragged its feet, it was hit with a $350,000 fine after being found in contempt by a D.C. judge.
Twitter, which has since been renamed as X, eventually complied but was prohibited from telling Trump about the warrant because such a disclosure could give him time to “destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior [or] notify confederates,” according to the document.

The court “found probable cause to search the Twitter account for evidence of criminal offenses,” according to the filing.
The former president took to his Truth Social platform on Wednesday afternoon where he hammered the Biden Justice Department and Smith for infringing on his presidential campaign and stomping on his rights.
“Just found out that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ secretly attacked my Twitter account, making it a point not to let me know about this major ‘hit’ on my civil rights. My Political Opponent is going CRAZY trying to infringe on my Campaign for President. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Does the First Amendment still exist? Did Deranged Jack Smith tell the Unselects to DESTROY & DELETE all evidence? These are DARK DAYS IN AMERICA!” Trump wrote.

Trump has not posted on the platform since January 2021 when he was banned from all major online platforms in the aftermath of the so-called “insurrection” in a seemingly coordinated action.
In his last, dated January 8, 2021, the then-president announced that he would be snubbing Biden’s inauguration, then the plug was pulled.
“To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th,” Trump tweeted.

Trump’s once-permanent ban on Twitter/X was rescinded last November after Musk conducted a poll of users, one of his early moves to right the wrongs of the previous censorship regime who were a part of the housecleaning that the Tesla/SpaceX CEO conducted after he officially took ownership of the tech giant. He then quickly began to restore free speech to the platform, drawing furious howls from Democrats and their fellow authoritarian ilk.
Much to his dismay, the ex-POTUS has found out the hard way that he has no rights in Joe Biden’s America.
Also on Wednesday, Trump said he won’t be signing the loyalty pledge that the Republican National Committee (RNC) requires in order to participate in the upcoming first presidential debate that will be televised by Fox News later this month.
In an interview with Eric Bolling of Newsmax, the former president was asked about whether he would join the other candidates on stage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, an event that many fear is going to be a “set-up” to damage his candidacy.
Trump told Boling that he has made up his mind about the debate and will make an announcement next week and that he will refuse to sign the pledge because there are “three or four” candidates whom he wouldn’t be supporting if they win the nomination.

“I mean, I have a problem with the debate for another reason. I wouldn’t sign the pledge,” Trump said. “Why would I sign a pledge if there are people on there that I wouldn’t have? I wouldn’t have certain people as you know, somebody that I’d endorse.”
“So, they want you to sign a pledge, but I can name three or four people that I wouldn’t support for president,” he added. “So right there, there’s a problem.”
Trump declined to name who he wouldn’t support.
