Trump rips Dem SCOTUS justices over pro-trans athlete arguments: ‘Should lose a lot of credibility’

President Donald J. Trump called out leftist Supreme Court justices who he believes are “fighting” to prevent biological males from being banned from women’s sports, where they enjoy an unfair competitive advantage over real females.

It was among numerous topics that the president discussed with reporters at Tuesday’s daily press briefing at the White House, where he was a surprise guest on a day that marked one year since he took office and began to roll back the worst excesses of the Biden regime, one of them being transgender individuals in girls’ and women’s sports.

When addressing arguments in current cases over the trans athletes, Trump ripped the activists in robes who he feels are “fighting” to keep “men playing in women’s sports,” expressing the opinion that they should “lose a lot of credibility.”

“Big Supreme Court case. I mean, I can’t believe it. Some of the justices were fighting hard for men to be able to play in women’s sports. A couple of them, I can’t imagine it. But I think anybody that rules that way should lose a lot of credibility. But we banned men from playing in women’s sports,” he said during the wide-ranging presser.

“All you have to do is look at the records, look at weightlifting records, look at swimming records, look at track and field. This is not fair. It’s very demeaning to women,” Trump added.

He earlier criticized disgraced former President Joe Biden’s administration and the justices over their support of men in women’s sports.

“The past administration, they had no clue, or they were really bad, but they basically had no clue. But they did have a concept. I mean, they’re still trying to sell the idea of men playing in women’s sports,” Trump said.

“You saw that in the Supreme Court. I mean, some of those justices were fighting for them, too,” the president stated. “They were fighting for them. But you saw that just the other day in the Supreme Court, men playing in women’s sport doesn’t work.”

While he didn’t single out specific justices by name, both Obama appointee Sonia Sotomayor and Biden pick Ketanji Brown-Jackson gave the appearance of already having their minds made up in favor of maintaining a system that puts girls and women at a physical disadvantage.

“I guess I’m struggling to understand how you can say that this law doesn’t classify on the basis of transgender status,” Jackson said to Idaho Solicitor General Alan Hurst about the state’s law protecting real female athletes. “The law expressly aims to ensure that transgender women can’t play on women’s sports teams. So why is that not a classification on the basis of transgender status?”

According to Fox News Digital, “Justice Clarence Thomas was seen slouching in his seat with his hand covering his face during this question by Brown-Jackson,” one of “other moments during the hearing where Thomas was seen in the same pose.”

“But it treats transgender women different than ciswomen, doesn’t it?” Jackson pressed, tossing out the “cis” slur used by leftists to denigrate normal people.

Sotomayor expressed concern about the minuscule demographic that the entire population must be forced to validate.

“What’s percentage enough?” Sotomayor said. “There are 2.8 million transgender people in the United States. That’s an awfully big figure. … What makes a subclass meaningful to you? Is it one percent? Five percent? Thirty percent? Fifteen percent?

“The numbers don’t talk about the human beings,” the self-proclaimed “wise Latina” added.

“The radical left has waged an all-out campaign to erase the very concept of biological sex and replace it with a militant transgender ideology,” Trump said last year when he signed an executive order banning males from girls’ and women’s sports. “With this executive order, the war on women’s sports is over.”
