Trump unloads on political foes in fiery Christmas message: ‘MAY THEY ROT IN HELL’

Former President Donald J. Trump wished Americans a Merry Christmas as the nation celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ, also serving up a fiery holiday greeting to underhanded special counsel Jack Smith and the left-wing “thugs” who are destroying the country.

On Monday, the 2024 Republican frontrunner was active on his Truth Social platform with several posts to mark the holiday, days after he received an early Christmas gift from the Supreme Court which spanked Smith by rejecting his attempt to leapfrog the appeals courts over the question of presidential immunity for Trump, a wrench in the gears of his election-year legal lynching of the top opposition candidate.

“Merry Christmas to all, including Crooked Joe Biden’s ONLY HOPE, Deranged Jack Smith, the out of control Lunatic who just hired outside attorneys, fresh from the SWAMP (unprecedented!), to help him with his poorly executed WITCH HUNT against ‘TRUMP’ and ‘MAGA.’ Included also are World Leaders, both good and bad, but none of which are as evil and ‘sick’ as the THUGS we have inside our Country who, with their Open Borders, INFLATION, Afghanistan Surrender, Green New Scam, High Taxes, No Energy Independence, Woke Military, Russia/Ukraine, Israel/Iran, All Electric Car Lunacy, and so much more, are looking to destroy our once great USA. MAY THEY ROT IN HELL. AGAIN, MERRY CHRISTMAS!” Trump wrote.

“It’s hard to have a truly great Christmas when you have a Crooked and Incompetent President who wants to put his Political Opponent in jail, and who has been working hard (for a change!), illegally using all of the levers of Law Enforcement, to do so. We are in the fight of our lives to save our Country from MADNESS & DOOM. MAGA 2024!!!” Trump said in another post hours earlier on Christmas morning.

The former and perhaps future president also delivered a more traditional holiday message in a short video posted to the platform.

“Melania and I would like to wish everyone a happy, joyous, and wonderful Christmas season,” Trump said. “In this holy time of year, Christians everywhere give thanks that over two thousand years ago God sent his only son into the world to be the savior of all mankind.”

“The birth of Jesus is the true miracle we celebrate each Christmas. He is the ultimate source of our joy and our hope and our sense of peace and goodwill as we gather with family and loved ones. It is such a great time of the year,” he continued.

“This is why we can never stop saying that beautiful phrase ‘Merry Christmas.’ This holiday we give thanks for many blessings God has bestowed upon us. We pray for the safety of our men and women in uniform at home and abroad and we ask God to guide us, give us strength, and watch over us in this pivotal year ahead,” Trump said.

“With His help, by this time next year we will be well on our way to making America safer, stronger, greater, and more prosperous than ever before,” the former president concluded. “Once again Melania and I wish you a very Merry Christmas, God bless you all. May 2024 be the best year of our lives.”
