Tucker releases part 2 of Devon Archer’s riveting interview

Hunter Biden’s former business partner and pal Devon Archer sat down with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson two days after appearing before the House Oversight Committee — testimony that was flushed from the news cycle by former President Donald Trump being indicted a third time the next day — and referred to Hunter’s showcasing of then-Vice President Joe Biden with business associates as an “abuse of soft power.

“I don’t know if it was an orchestrated call-in or not. It certainly was powerful, though, because, you know, if you’re sitting with a foreign business person and you hear the vice president’s voice, that’s prize enough. That’s pretty impactful stuff,” Archer told Carlson. “In the rearview, it’s an abuse of soft power, I’d say.”

That was from the riveting first installment of Carlson talking with Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner released on Wednesday, and a second, longer installment was released Thursday morning on Twitter, now known as X.

“Part 2 of our interview with Devon Archer is over an hour long and is coming out this morning,” the former Fox News host teased early Friday morning, and true to his word Carlson then posted the video clip which is sure to send critics over the edge:

Pressed on whether he had firsthand knowledge of Biden having discussions with his son on the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, Archer could only say he would “assume” as much.

“Did you ever, were you aware, do you have knowledge that Hunter spoke to his dad about Burisma?” Carlson asked.

“Do I have knowledge?” Archer replied.

“Yes. Do you know that he spoke to his dad about Burisma? Did you ever see them talk about it? Hear them talk about it?” Carlson clarified.

“No, I don’t have knowledge of that, though I assume it,” Archer said.

Archer did tell  Carlson that Ukrainian diplomat Vadym Prystaiko spoke with the then-vice president at a dinner at Cafe Milano and that he had frequently requested to have phone conversations with Biden.

The Biden campaign was adamant in 2020 that Biden was not present at the dinner, where Hunter allegedly introduced his father to a top executive at Burisma, according to the New York Post.

Andrew Bates, who worked on Biden’s communication team, told Politico the campaign “reviewed Joe Biden’s official schedules from the time, and no meeting, as alleged by the New York Post, ever took place.” Bates is now a White House spokesperson.
