Two 16-yr-old bloody resistance fighters record last message before death: ‘Farewell! Glory to Ukraine!’

A video making the rounds online features one of two 16-year-old Ukrainian boys reportedly killed while fighting Russian forces in the occupied city of Berdyansk.

“‘Two for sure, that’s death, guys. Farewell! Glory to Ukraine!” a bloody Tihran Ohannisian cried out in the clip while holding a Kalashnikov rifle.

The teen was acknowledging his fate following a clash with the two Russians he said had been gunned down, according to the Daily Mail. The other teen, Mykyta Khanhanov, a classmate of Ohannisian’s, was also killed.

Russian forces occupying Berdyansk claimed the teens killed a civilian, describing them as “pro-Ukrainian terrorists,” the British newspaper reported.

But Ohannisian and Khanhanov were being hailed as heroes by those who support the Ukrainian defense of their country.

Turns out, “Glory to Ukraine” is a popular refrain as people take to social media to romanticize a war that has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives:
