Another damning indictment against “habitual liar” Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz came courtesy of four veterans who served with the vice presidential nominee ahead of a premiere slamming the “coward.”
If the Democratic Party thought that concerns about their vice presidential nominee allegedly committing stolen valor could be swept under the rug, radio host Megyn Kelly had an interview to prove how wrong they were. Ahead of the Monday debut of a discussion with Minnesota National Guard veterans, the commentator teased impressions of Walz that raised the question, “What are you gonna do at the national level?”
As Kelly posited, “Why did you come forward?” the veterans expressed the “morally indefensible” action taken by the politician who had retired after 24 years with the Guard just as his battalion was being ordered to deploy to Iraq so that he could run for Congress.
“He’s a military impersonator,” insisted one of them who argued, “It was just unbelievable that a [command sergeant major] abandoned his troops.”

“I don’t understand how he could do it morally. He has absolutely no integrity,” said one of the men as another sounded off, “He’s a habitual liar. He lies about everything. He lies about stuff that doesn’t make sense.”
Since getting tapped by Vice President Kamala Harris to be her running mate, reports have noted that Walz not only misrepresented his rank and his service, he had even blurred the facts when talking about his own family and the fertility treatment used to have kids.
Specifically regarding stories related to the Iraq War, the veteran went on to contend, “You’re taking a piece of their thunder and you’re trying to capture it and put in a bottle for yourself,” the man expressed. “And use that for your own benefit.”
Meanwhile, one of the men noted that the Democrat’s abandonment of the battalion impacted more than just 500 soldiers who were quit on as the man continued, “Beyond that, there’s 1,000 parents out there that expect that person to lead those people into combat.”
“He basically said, ‘I’ve got better things to do… go pick somebody else to go on the mission,'” added the veteran who wondered. “If you sold out your Guard and abandoned them, what are you gonna do at the national level?”
The latest pile-on about Walz’s representation of his record came after 50 veterans serving in Congress rebuked the governor for having “lied your way through a political career launched on the foundation of a title you did not earn and combat deployments you did not take part in,” demanding a response.
At the same time, the top of the ticket was facing scorn for her own failed accountability three years after 13 service members were killed at the Abbey Gate in Afghanistan leading her to attempt to leverage a ceremony attended by former President Donald Trump into what the Gold Star families called a “heinous, vile and disgusting” attack.
While lauding followed for the veterans and Kelly for giving them a platform to speak, one of the veterans made it clear, “Fear is a reaction. Bravery is a decision. And Walz has made wrong decisions. He’s not brave. I call him a coward, ’cause he is.”

The most wretched behavior of any soldier is shirking deployment, and lying about military achievements. He did both.

Truly one of the worst things that can happen to soldiers and sailors. Having their team criticize their performance.
