The depravity that marks much of American culture is seeping into every aspect of our daily lives, to include our politics.
Look no further than the state of Rhode Island, where a sitting state senator not only had the audacity to post a video of herself twerking UPSIDE DOWN in a bikini before encouraging people to voter for her, but then doubled down to suggest there is nothing wrong with what she did.
The popular Libs of TikTok Twitter account shared footage of disgraceful Democratic state Sen. Tiara Mack shaking her a** to entice people to vote for her:
Rhode Island State Senator Tiara Mack (D) made this video encouraging people to vote for her. She also sponsored a bill for teaching kids “queer inclusive, pleasure-based sex ed” pic.twitter.com/835n4jS8LS

When the expected backlash came over her highly inappropriate actions, the radical left Democrat dismissed it as just a bunch of prudish conservatives sounding off — though she may have a point in that when it comes to the lack of respectable values in our society, the silence from Democrats is deafening.
Mack tweeted: “Damn. Twerking upside down really makes the conservative, unhinged internet accounts pop off on a Monday 🥴”

As noted in the Libs of TikTok tweet, Mack sponsored a bill for teaching kids “queer inclusive, pleasure-based sex ed,” which confirms that elections do have consequences and that the moral decay defining so much of America is not by accident.
Mack tweeted in February: “Really excited for the house sex ed bill hearing later today. Teaching comprehensive, queer inclusive, pleasure based sex ed was a highlight of my time teaching.”

Suffice it to say, Mack took a drubbing online, particularly from those who saw her actions as being detrimental to women seeking to be seen as something more than just sex objects.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
Women have fought so hard to be taken seriously & not as objects of sexual attraction. You aren’t doing anything to advance women. I don’t ever want to hear you say women aren’t taken seriously. You are the reason why.

You’ve done women struggling to be taken seriously a grave disservice. 🤡🤡🤡

Actually, it makes decent people recognize that your behavior is abhorrent. Granted, that may be perfect for the cesspool that is the Rhode Island statehouse, it is still trash behavior.

Do you think this is professional behavior, Tiara?

People don’t care that you’re twerking. People care that you’re twerking in your capacity as an elected official to attempt to garner votes. It’s completely unbecoming of a state senator to, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, campaign via twerking.

The fact that you see absolutely nothing wrong with your behavior speaks volumes. Your constituents deserve better.
